heres a breakdown of steps for everyone else who was extremely confused by this: the order of strings here will be 1-2-3-4---4-3-2-1 i also found it easier to mirror each step on both sides before moving to the next step from left to right - -string 1 over string 2, first an inward knot then an outward knot -string 3 over string 2, first an outward knot then an inward knot -3 over 4, inward then inward -4 over 4, two of the same inward knots -1 over 2, in then in -2 over 3, in then out -4 over 3, out then in -4 over 4, same knot inward twice -2 over 1, out then in -2 over 3, in then in -3 over 4, in then out -4 over 4, same knot inward twice -back to the beginning hopefully this helps more than the video itself!!!
you are so great at showing us how to braid the braclet, but I feel like it would be better if you were to talk while you were doing it, or make subtitles because it helps imbed it into the brain, without having to constantly rewatch the video.
@@pindvs yeah but she goes really slow, I feel like hers are more aimed towards beginners while these videos should be used by those who have a better understanding of the bracelets
I followed along with her till the part when she said continue the pattern, then I got lost.. had no idea what I had done to continue. Guess I could start the video over and watch from the beginning to continue.😂
This IS NOT an easy tutorial nor beginner friendly. Do not start the video over to repeat. Follow the tutorial until 8:15 and start over at 4:12 to continue the pattern. Remember to do the knot in the direction you are going and second knot it in the direction you need the string to end in.
Thank you, I am a beginner and very lost. My first bracelet was a candy cane and second, a 12 string fishbone chevron. They were easier to follow than this for me.
It's a great tutorial, I managed to make my bracelet!! It's not finished yet, it's really long (I still had to restart it twice). It would be better if your video had subtitles with the details; it would be easier to understand and avoid having to rewind every time ;')
Thank you soo much for this video! I have a recommendation ( you might already know this ) BuT it's very useful to use a clipboard when making bracelets... :)
I think I know what u mean. If u r a beginner u don't have to do that fancy loop, it just makes it look nicer. U can just fold ur strings in half and then start the pattern
Also I think I know what u mean for the sped up part. Once u finish the pattern the strings will be in different order so that is why when it is sped up there looks like they are using different colors but when she sped it up she is just repeating the pattern. U just do the same exact pattern, it will just be different color strings. I am sorry I'm bad at explaining things but I hope it helps. Also kinsey b has a tutorial on her channel and she talks in her videos and she is really helpful.
@@sammip8371 thank you yes i figured it out after searching in the comments for a while and since then I've made two more! They're very pretty and i now have a playlist of bracelets i need to make lmao
Great tutorial, would you happen to know that the length of the final bracelet is? I am making this for someone with large wrists lol, i don't what to run out of floss before it gets long enough.
If you are a beginner u don't have to do the first thing it is just the stitch loop and it just makes it look nice but you can just fold your strings in half and tie a knot
Hi, Beautifull job. But i have a question. How do you know where to start a pattern? In this case you started in the middle. When to start with the first thread?
I actually hate how fiddly these individuals strings are- I have literally spent an hour trying to lay them out flat in the correct order and I can't for the life of me get it right I don't know how beginner friendly this is but I'm struggling before the pattern even begins!
Very creative pattern it’s incredibly hard to follow tho because you do not walk us through what you are doing add a voice over or something to make this easier to follow along with and it would be so much better
I don't think u can because since you have a different amount of strings the tutorial wouldnt work but there could be a tutorial on UA-cam somewhere for the amount of strings u want
Hi 😊 I just stumbled upon your comment... Regular embroidery floss is usually made of 6 fine, twisted strings. For thinner bracelets I just split each strand in half. That works really well for me. Hope that helps. 😊
Hello! I use the embroidery thread from Michaels or the dollar store, but I recently bought a pack from amazon! Hope this helps www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08932V1DZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

you can watch masha knots, def better videos
Agreed I despise silent videos! Elevator music. Makes me tired and bored

1:54 would be the right time to start from if you follow the text in the video. This was my first bracelet and it worked for me:)
@@elisabeth5842 my comment wasn't for when you start but rather continue after the rows of knots she finished at. Glad you figured it out tho 👍
tysm😭😭
Wow, I had been trying to do this pattern and none of the tutorial works. I found yours and it helped me to it again. I'm making it again today!
Out of ALL of the videos that I have watched to try and learn, this is absolutely the best! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I love it I I am going to try one right now. You also make it look so easy
I love it🧡

have you tried mashaknots? she has great commentary and her tutorials are begginer friendly!!!
i feel so dumb, i can not do it by myself without watching the tutorial 😭😭😭
I love it with only music....🧡
Cok hos. Sadece ipler koyudan açığa ya da aciktan koyuya siralansa ton farkı olsa sadece muhteşem olur model. Cok yapilasi bir model. (Yaptım)

Can you do this with 5 colors?

this bracelet is not for the faint of heart this took me so long 😭
1:52 so i don’t have to find the exact moment everytime
Lol thank you I’ve been scrolling back this whole time!
Bonjour , j'adores ce que vous faites . MERCI
Keep going !!
It's very beautiful. I wish to have pattern of it.
I don't understand I'm afraid.. wdym start from the top? Like the part where u sped up the clip or from the start after the loop?

Is this a pattern that you could easily add more strings to add more colors? Or does it only work with 4 colors and 8 strings?
Very creative pattern it’s incredibly hard to follow tho because you do not walk us through what you are doing add a voice over or something to make this easier to follow along with and it would be so much better
When you say “start from beginning” what time in the video do you mean to start again from?
After finishing and taping the loop
Amazing I love this!! Is there any way to make it thinner? Like not using as many strings? Would the pattern still be the same?
I don't think u can because since you have a different amount of strings the tutorial wouldnt work but there could be a tutorial on UA-cam somewhere for the amount of strings u want

How many knots did you make for the loop I think I counted eighteen also love the videos
About how wide is the bracelet
Thanks for your great tutorials😍🌹💚🤍
Thank youuuu ❤️❤️❤️
which # is this bracelet?
Maybe leave a pattern number for those who have trouble seeing!
Is it wool string?
Can I ask what embroidery floss you use? If you have a link or anything. It looks absolutely beautiful and you are so freaking talented !
