How Fibonacci series estimation differ from other estimation techniques? Why we need to select this over other techniques?

Yes it's different from other techniques.
In Fibonacci technique, estimates number range will be high if the complexity is high. So it's easy for the team to select a number easily. Its easy to select 13 or 21 instead of selecting 1 number for estimate between 13, 14 and 15.
