Thank you! This is great. Can you give some info on the last example (more of a partnership) ? Ingeneral, would this entail the investor funding everything 100% and the other partner doing the leg work (finding the deal, doing all paperwork, closing, etc)?
If so, what's a typicsl percentage split for something like this 50/50? 60/40, etc? Thanks!

Question... when you find an investor what ensures the investor that i will return with his money once i sell the property and have the profit?
Eddie it's called a deed of trust. It's recorded with the county so that their money is secured by the house you can't go out from under them and sell the house and take their money.

This is glorious, I've been looking for "do invest in real estate" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ponasson Estate Earthman - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy got excellent success with it.

Thanks James. make sure to subscribe! It depends but most hard money lenders require points up front and payments monthly. If its not a hard money lender I will payout at the end when the house sells.

RC 131 it's possible to find some investors that are willing. Most want to see you have some skin in the game. At least ten percent but I hve some investors that do everything

Would you say it's best to have mingled and networked for a certain amount of time all the real estate groups before you try and lock down a deal and bring it to people...or just gets good deals contracted immediately and be ready to pitch the very first time you meet people?
Do them both simultaneously. Don't wait to find deals until you've networked enough and don't wait to network until you've found deals. Do everything, consistently taking action in all arenas will help you build massive momentum and be successful quicker.
