Nicole, in India it is a responsibility of the parents to make sacrifice their lives to raise successful children if the parents are not economical successful in life
It's not sad that mothers and fathers sacrifice for their children. It's the ultimate form of love. We are like the "setting sun", they are like the "rising sun". It's all about the bloodline. giving our lineage even a small bit better life than that we had. In the end, my kid living better life than I did is true success , not my silly wishes and dreams.
Forget about Indians did it or who did it. Note the important points, values, dedication. As parents they had sense of duty towards their children. And those successful children understood their responsibility to be successful for themselves, their family and possibly their future generation. This cycle will only continue if Those successful children learn the dedication and sacrifice of their parents and carry it forward... when they too become parents. A delicate balance of Parenting and selfless sacrifice combined with children who can see/respect/understand and become successful in his/her trait using the resources and environment provided within the parents exhausted limits. Life is not about yourself, it is about you and your loved ones - Your family. Mostly, Indian parents want their children to live better than they themselves did.
Because our parents live in poverty they don't want that there kid also live in poverty so they scared ,also our private schools is don't much good ,they provide moderate level study but very poor knowledge in extra curriculum activity ,by choosing engg, doctor we secure our future that we will not face financial related issue
Our govt becoming rich, not the commoners. But commoner like me are happy that our country becoming rich. . We know the diaspora of Indians are doing well wherever they are. They are as HEADs in Trump administration.
From my interactions with numerous friends & relatives in the USA, it appears that 2nd generation Indian Americans aren't really getting pushed into STEM. Definitely not the 3rd gen. Same thing is happening here in India - just like the gentleman said. Kids nowadays have so many areas to excel in. These were non-existent when I grew up in the 70s-80s. Also, we can't forget the Potels - motels run by Patels. Apparently the mid scale American motels are mainly run by Indians, most of them from Gujarat.
Hi, Guy's hw ru doing. I am working in Microsoft USA and I wanted to become a software professional. Parents nowdays want there kids to pick up their own career. My parents wanted me to select my own profession, that I would excel, their blessings were there with me.Good luck for your life and channel, take care 👍 Neilfrancis Raj 👊 Bangalore.
A comparison between different immigrant by country may be okay but comparing with white income doesn't make sense. The white/local average will always be lower as it will have all levels of income where as the immigrants (especially Indians) are mostly high income groups and the ones who were successful in academics and business to move to the US.
Very good video as he said some maybe disagree but its common facts, values of Indians.
Good reaction ❤

I will agree with that, Most indian parents will push their kids towards better education not necessarily in STEM but also for management studies etc.
Good video selection 💯👍💯
