- Kyrie Irving (30 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 3PM) and Luka Doncic (28 points, 13 assists) combine for 58 points to lead the Dallas Mavericks over the LA Clippers in Game 6, 114-101. Paul George tallied 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the Clippers in the losing effort. The Mavericks win the best-of-seven series, 4-2 and will face the Thunder in the Western Conference Semifinals (Game 1: Tuesday, May 7, 9:30 PM ET, TNT)

What a shame how the entire media landscape tried to undeservedly paint this guy as a villain. Yet everywhere he goes, everyone loves him, and he remained a basketball god.
He deserved it for saying some very inflammatory things. He has every right to speak his mind but backlash happens if you sound antisemitic or if you throw your teammates under the bus which he did in Boston. His refusal to get the vaccine angered a lot of provax virtue signalers as well. That doesn’t mean he isn’t a phenomenal basketball player though.
