I just need to say this. I went to bodybuilding competition few days ago and saw one of my biggest athlete idols irl. I don't really understand how can Wonho look like this when he is artist, singer and dancer in the first place. It's so much effort that you have to put into working out and diets to get such a body. And let me say, Wonho could put most of bodybuilders into pocket if he prepared for competition. I just adore him for managing such a good lifestyle while being an incredible artist that he is.
He works very hard. I think he's still working out 2 times a day. He prioritizes his body, even when he was touring with Monsta X. And yes, he's a wonder for sure - a man that muscular moving so smoothly.
