I’m only saying this because my first admission in Canada was in Logistics and Supply Chain Mgt in the University of Windsor. It’s not for foreign students. It’s for international students in those provinces. That is why the video says “studying in these provinces give PR faster”
Yes it can so far the place you worked is willing to give you a reference. Don’t forget that Canada has a format for it. Just check that out on the cic.ca website.

There’s nothing like guarantee with immigration. If you meet the criteria, you MAY get your PR. No information on Canadian website is a yes or no. It depends on if you meet the criteria. Also, that the processing time on the website is stated doesn’t mean it’s a cast a stone. When you get a response is when you get it.

Alberta has two major cities; namely Calgary and Edmonton. Manitoba has Winnipeg. Alberta has more population. Nurses are in demand so you should be able to get PR in either province.

You did not mention the Rural northern immigration program in some cities in Ontario like the Sudbury, Thunder Bay etc

When you start your application, you should have included your spouse.
Otherwise, you can always add him if you are yet to be nominated .

You must have created an express entry profile and gotten your points. Then the 600 will be an added bonus to what you already have in the pool. Etc..

Between manitoba and Alberta which is better. I'm going for nursing.
Alberta has two major cities; namely Calgary and Edmonton. Manitoba has Winnipeg. Alberta has more population. Nurses are in demand so you should be able to get PR in either province.
