Yes I agree. Then I have the conversation with myself using journaling, or through what I like to call “talk out loud to myself” therapy, and maybe it’s even something I record on a voice memo so I can review. Either way I do what I can to “have the conversation,” so I can be free to let go and move forward ♥️
