There is also one next to the freeway downtown. You wall breach under the road. You can shoot out anywhere and have a solid concrete floor beneath you. No one can get to you...unless they shoot a rocket or explosive right at the wall and you are standing to close to that wall.

Yeah, it seems as though they have patched it for PC. Yet, the way you can half kick/jump your body half inside it, might mean it's still able to be breached, just not by crawling in. I will def check this one out some more before my next video.
