What with the idiot DJ Whoo Kid. He knows the names of the "moisters" Tara and Rosita but came name Michonne/Danai. He says "the black girl". Also he laughs at the Richonne spoiler like Andy's being ingenious about the Michonne - Rick romance possibility.
Especially since Michonne is a way more important character too. And I consider her to be a moister too lol. I would have given anything to see their reactions since Richonne is now official.

He knew it was going to happen eventually on the show but he wasn't sure exactly when it would start. Scott Gimple has said he'd been planning to make Rick and Michonne a couple since season 3. Had to wait until after No Way Out (after Jessie's death) to align it with when Rick and Andrea got together in the comics.

MissStalked Hard to say but very possible he had an idea considering people on the show know about character deaths a year before they happen; Cudlitz said he knew Abraham was going to die a year before and Breckenridge knew Jessie was dying before S6 filming. When Andy refers to the "back 8" he's talking about the 2nd half of season 5. Which means he was doing promotion well after the season was filmed. i.e. TWD has completed filming for S7 and MSP hasn't aired yet. Very possible he knew the general direction of S6 with Jessie's death at midseason and he hoped it would be the start of something new for Rick...
Okay, fair enough. It's just funny that he kept talking Richonne up especially while his character was with Jessie, and Danai avoided all questions about the topic before they were canon lol.
