Hello, great video! One question, is it possible to use non-geographic maps, for example, to upload an image of a machine with sections that I want to divide, similar to how a geographic map divides countries? Then, can I associate data with these sections by double-clicking on them? Is this possible?
Anything is possible but this wouldn’t be straightforward. There could be a third party plugin or one could be made but not with the regular maps. Easiest way would be to overlay dynamic amounts on a static picture.
Cool! Can you create your own areas? Id love to do this with areas in a small geographical region for my home service business.

@@analyticswithadam Here the countries are automatically outlined. Can you outline sub regions to have the data create the same visual effect as population per country in your example?
@@neiljohnson660 If you have a field with location data you need to edit type to Geo and there you have options of address, region,. postcode, lat / long, city, etc

What country do you want to show the districts from (US has more functionality) ? Can you give me an example of what you would classify as a district?
