Tried a more straight forward title today, less exaggerated. Not sure how you guys will respond to it, but I'm doing more experiments with title and thumbnails moving forward. I know the titles the last few months have been more exaggerated and less direct.
Kaguya never feared anyone. She was actually confident in her strength that she could take on Momoshiki as well as the rest of the Otsutsuki members with just her strength alone and some fodder white Zetsu clones. Til this day, Kaguya is still the most difficult Otsutsuki member they've had to deal with in the Naruto/Boruto franchise.
It literally took the assistance of FOUR Six Paths users(Hagoromo, Prime Naruto, Prime Sasuke, Prime DMS Obito) and double kamui(most hax ability in the entire Naruto/Boruto franchise) just to SEAL Kaguya who was holding back majority of the fight because she wanted to capture them alive to absorb their Six Paths chakra.
Notice how Momoshiki and Kinshiki stayed away from earth until they heard from Sasuke that Kaguya was no longer around. They didn't want that smoke with Kaguya especially after they heard what she did to Isshiki 😂
I don’t think she was scared of them to begin with ever. Ishiki, on the other hand, is definitely possible. She knew he would be coming back one day, so that’s why she wanted the army.
If black zetsu can catch madara off-guard in his 10tails Jinchurikis form....if Naruto can catch kaguya off-guard with his reverse harem jutsu...then definately kaguya can catch ishiki off-guard with may b an original harem jutsu...😜

Would be interesting that instead of her loosing it and trying to reclaim her chakara for an army, she instead actually trained Hamura and Hagoromo. Just speed up the time frame for Momoshiki and Kenshiki's arrival for a few centuries or however long that was...Maybe they could do it? Depends on how effective a trainer Kaguya would be,
Not really. Most of the arguments are based on anime canon material that is highly inconsistent. The same anime in which an Otsutsuki (Urashiki) was beat by genins. The manga itself only consists of Sasuke's hypothesis. Kaguya arrived as a "lower rank", Isshiki being the superior. Her true power up happened within earth itself when she gained tremendous power after consuming the chakra fruit. The Kaguya that Momoshiki talked down to was a Kaguya pre-fruit (though he also called naruto, sasuke and the kage his inferiors then got beat up). Her being cautious is understandable as 1. she has no idea if momoshiki/kinshiki had gotten a similar power up to hers (they didnt) and 2. she had committed treason within the Ootsutsuki clan which would eventually lead to her being haunted down.

Crazy till this day there’s a part of the community that believes no one surpassed kaguya in strength and eos shippuden was the height. I don’t blame them cause we’re not seeing the type of destruction nor abilities like the end but statements say otherwise as you’re showing with this video. But I guess they toned down the feats through controlling their output instead like DBS sometimes. And the editing is in rare form! Amazing vid
People arent aware Kishimoto said it when Boruto's manga came out that the problem the story ran into was that Naruto and Sasuke had gotten so powerful that the scale of the fights needed to be toned down, but couldn't be lacking because they needed to integrate the new generation. It was a conscious decision to tone down the fights via the method you mentioned, controlling destructive output, as was the choice to power cliff the supporting characters, which is why you see people like Chocho doing stuff her dad couldn't do until the war arc...but we got people saying chocho is weaker than her dad when her dad was 13...it's because the fights are scaled down.

This was an amazing video and u really used statements and went into detail really well and I think Kaguya was scared of them because she just had kids and wasn't doing her job and basically betrayed the ototsuki but I think she feared them a little too much
Alot of his statements are quotes taken out of context and formed into 'maybes'. He mentions differences between Anime and Manga but doesnt show proof of the differences for example @9:32 he says "Sasuke state that Kaguya scroll that a 'pair' of pursuers will be coming to the land" yet his literal image evidence doesnt even mention the word 'pair'? He argues it was different in the manga but doesn't provide any evidence of it?
I would say that Kaguya wasn’t actually afraid fighting Momoshiki and Kinshiki. She just didn’t want to bother herself with fighting such a fodders. So she created a whole army of the White Zetsu fodders to fight some Ōtsutsuki fodders instead of her.

I actually think the reason momoshiki and kinshiki were defeated was because they looked down upon the kage. They didn't think they were a threat for them. They saw themselfs as gods. Later when they noticed the kage were able to put up a fight, it was too late for them.
They were both threatened hence the fusion.. Kinshiki being stated to be capable of "splitting worlds" yet not being capable of splitting Chojuro's sword is kinda funny tbh mf probably died a virgin cuz he couldnt split his wife's legs

it should be interesting to see what the future of the otsutsuki will be considering boruto and momoshiki essentially merged into a singular otsutsuki while kawaki is now a brand new otsutsuki wielding their power. then we got amado who can essentially create life that can rival the power of the otsutsuki. this is definitely a fascinating time for the otsutsuki in the series
I honestly hope Kaguya will appear in boruto, highly doubtful, but with the knowledge of momoshiki and ishiikis death perhaps she would be more amendable to explain to Naruto and Sasuke what the otosutsuki plans are from her perspective. Even though she was in Naruto for a extremely short period, I really enjoyed her character. Especially after reading her back story.
I think she knew isshiki escaped and was preparing a army for whatever isshiki brought back. It’s hard to be like she caught him off guard and he escaped. I think she knew he would come back or the clan would send someone as punishment for attacking her own. It just crazy how long they waited to retaliate but who knows it could of been as the head clan person sees
Couldnt she be referring to them specifically because she knows they’re her direct superiors? After consuming the chakra fruit & building her army, she had become powerful enough to box with them. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that she didnt think more would come. That would mean 3 otsusuki including herself would have gone missing, which i imagine to them rarely happens cause of the “no killing each other” law that they have ( stated by urashiki). Plus earth’s chakra level would have gone up exponentially causing even more attention
She didn’t become powerful enough to box with them. Base momo slams low diff. She legit has no feats. Her best feat is her ap of teleporting dimensions which was planetary and momoshiki did the same thing ,but better. He did the same thing except they had suns, stars, and a solar system. Kaguya is weaker.
@@ironshinobi9384 I’m basing this on the manga/novels. Kaguya is known for her dimensions which are planetary where she travels dimensions and makes different planets with her chakra. Momoshiki on the other hand was shown doing the same thing ,but accept his had stars, suns, and a solar system which would make it star-solar in ap. Kaguya’s is only planetary-star. Momoshiki also absorbed a star. Most stars are far larger than planets and the reason we can see them and not other planets is because stars are just that big. Momoshiki absorbing a star should put him at least star and his attack potency can be considered solar. Kaguya can only be wanked multi-planetary-star. Also this is just base momo. I never said his raw teleportation is better than hers ,but it’s practically the same. The difference is her teleportation hax allows her to split open and teleport although it’d be practically useless if someone can also teleport or is just faster than you. Momoshiki just scales higher. Isshiki is consistently the strongest character in the verse lore wise as he’s considered the “8 path” off his symbolism. He’s also stated to be the strongest villian in the entire franchise on the official boruto website. If you go off lore 19 year old sasuke~> kaguya. This can shown to be rather consistent as Sasuke that fought Naruto improved his speed as an adult to keep up with six paths Naruto and mastered the rinnegan. He also just reached his peak physically. Naruto on the other hand gotten stronger although he just mastered his abilities like his control of kurama and stuff we see this in the jigen fight. He never had such Omni-directional control of kurama. Naruto and Sasuke are considered to be equals adult wise and very close in power pre-baryon mode ,so he should be above kaguya. Maybe she can teleport him to another dimension and leave him their although in terms of actual combat she would lose. Momoshiki is considered a beyond kaguya level threat and kaguya is only considered stronger than momo because she of her base before getting the rinne-sharingan. The thing is that is filler and hagoromo was relative to kaguya and after absorbing the god tree he was still stated to be weaker. Kaguya’s base chakra was stated to be greater than the 10 tails ,so it could not be as much of an amph as people think.
I think the question is how much stronger would kauga be with the white zetsu army? This “pre evolved” kagua believed if she got the army she could fend off the otsuki (she could have planned on using the infinite tsuykounmi over and over again for 1000 years) but she probably had crazy jutsu using the army like obito wasn’t using them to their best potential
There is some questions that needs to be answered. Why was Kaguya was scared of momoshiki? Was because of his reputation in the clan? Was it because he was higher ranking than her? Did she ever saw his true power? Why did Kaguya make an army of white Zetsu? White zetsu aren’t even strong, random jonin can take on 100s of them and they had hashirama’s cells. In ninja storm Sasuke said that fused Momoshiki looks weaker than Kaguya (during the battle). Why was Base momoshiki running away from Darui? Why did momoshiki needed monkey rock to fight of 50% power kurama avatar ?when Kaguya used her strength to erase Perfect susanoo. Isn’t he supposed to be stronger than Kaguya? There many more things that is unclear and that’s what makes be believe that Momoshiki and kinshiki are characters with statements and no feats. And kaguya> base momo > kinshiki

This is an interesting topic regardless. Momo is a threat because he can absorb her attacks & send em back, he has loyal kinshiki on his side, and has hella chakra pills. Kaguya did something that is Otsutsuki taboo and merged with the tree. Even though it gave her power beyond what the fruit granted her - it paused the cultivation of Earth. So that leaves room for Momo to suck all the juice from Earth and rise to even crazier heights - and nothing would stop him from fusing with his tree either. That would better explain the white zetsu army. Maybe they were made to stop that from happening while she managed to find a way to defeat Momo & Big Kin
We can't make any solid type of comparison going by statements. Momo said Kaguya "feared" him because he was basing her off on her pre-fruit form as he would have no idea how powerful she became on earth since she backstabbed Isshiki.

One thing I think people don’t mention is that kaguya was never really killed but simply sealed away . Will she make a comeback in the boruto series ? Did she not have the capacity to implement her karma because she was the lower ranked member in the pair ? I have so many questions lol

Why do you think she had to be "resurrected" in naruto? the jutsu drained her to 0 and killed her. thats why the word revived was used. This video is very informative! Now my question is why Kaguya wrote down the scrolls in the first place. If she needed help then surely she should've told her sons and the three of them would easily be able to take down Momo and Kin.

For example @10:24 he says Sasuke quotes "Kaguya's scroll had an 'entry' about their arrival" meaning there's multiple "entries" implying she might have written about more, but we're never told what the scroll says in its entirety. He says because Sasuke knows momo and Kinshiki's names it must mean they were the only ones. That is a huge 'maybe' as we're never told about anything else in the scroll. For all we know it could mention even more Otsutsuki clan member names
Great informative video I would add 2 things... 1 people can't grasp how ridiculous the power cliffing in Boruto is Even a character like Onoki can destroy things on an atomic level where in Shippuden he only could at a cellular level Also gets supported with Onoki beating drained Ku(drained bc his heart got destroyed and he spammed too many Jutsu and he and the fabrications have to not use Jutsu for 20 sec(they've 20 sec intervals)) Those fabrications were a part of an army Onoki tried to make(was stated in the anime and light novel version) to fight Kaguya level threats and they're White Zetsu mixed with Shinobi DNA which amp them significantly(Ku is literally an Onoki clone mixed with a White Zetsu) People automatically say they're fodder bc they were pretty underwhelming villains and "lost to kids" although Boruto's generation (except probably Metal) far surpassed Naruto's generation at the ages of 12-13... 2 is Naruto vs Momoshiki in the Chunin Exams arena Naruto did actually go all out it was stated by the narrator in ch 5 and Kurama said they'd give everything they've got...Naruto just gone all out defensively he couldn't blow up the amped Bijuu Dama bc it would've blow away the village, and Naruto collapsed which would indicate that base Momoshiki's Ninjutsu>Full defensive power Naruto which makes sense narratively since they did had prep time and fought a Taijutsu centric battle and had statements like Darui's that they won't use any Jutsu vs Momoshiki or Boruto's statement or Sasuke's And fused Momoshiki in the movie and movie novelization said he can make it up to infinity Naruto and Sasuke doing very well together just mean they've got a lot stronger since their battle with Kaguya people can't grasp that It's similar to the power cliffing of early Shippuden just on a much bigger scope Characters getting stronger to progress the plot/specific storyline (now, Naruto and Sasuke got nerfed so Boruto and Kawaki power cliffs is the thing that would progress the plot)

finally someone doing a full breakdown on why the strongest version of kaguya is scared of momoshiki and kinshiki as a pair, I'm tired of people saying "it's only sasuke's hypothesis" or "momoshiki is just arrogant when he said he could beat kaguya" or "fused momoshiki lose to naruto and sasuke while kaguya was able to overpower both of them", no, the writer literally repeated themselves over and over again with many statements that the duo of momoshiki and kinshiki is stronger then kaguya
Kaguya being scared of Momoshiki and Kinshiki does not mean they are stronger than her. Kaguya was likely not aware of exactly how strong Momoshiki was compared to her, and Momoshiki's statements about Kaguya are not reliable because Momoshiki is extremely arrogant + he never knew of her eating the chakra fruit. Basically this is all meaningless statements and semantics and at the end of the day feats reign supreme over everything and Kaguya's feats still far surpass those of Momoshiki or Kinshiki.
But her fearing them due to a similiarity or gap in power and abilities, with her being disadvantaged is the most likely reason. She literally went out her own way to erect an army of thousands of zetsus in preperation for them. We also have feats of Momoshiki destroying a star and being responsible for creating a universe sized dimension. Furthermore, it would make more sense for Momoshiki and Kinshiki to be stronger than her from a narrative standpoint, since we've consistently seen a pattern of new villains and threats generally being more dangerous and powerful than the previous ones.
It still feels strange why she'd be afraid, especially since the White Zetsu were terrible fighters, and that Kaguya, if she caught Isshiki off guard, who majorly out classes both Ōtsutsuki, I felt like she could handle them. I think the most dangerous part would be Momoshiki's Rinnegan, but Kaguya has a list of abilities that can't be absorbed (I should have waited for the end)

I think Kishimoto originally planned for Momoshiki to be stronger than Kaguya but he later changed his mind and that's why we have these statements about Kaguya being scared of Momoshiki. Because Momoshiki does not have feats better than Kaguya.
only because by Kishimoto's own words in 2016 that the fights in Boruto would be scaled down because Naruto and Sasuke were too powerful now and they didnt want to take away from the spectacle of any of the kids fights. That's why Ikemoto has said that Boruto fights feel more like part 1 Naruto, it's intentional. Momoshiki fighting off STRONGER versions of Naruto and Sasuke than their war arc versions is your proof...Naruto was only rusty in terms of combat ability not power...Sasuke is using more rinnegan jutsu on top of entering into time space dimensions that require 1/3 of Naruto's six paths chakra mode chakra just to access...they're stronger but due to the decision to scale down the fights and not make them as over the top the average viewer doesn't think they are because Naruto isn't blowing mountains anymore.

Not really. Kaguya had over all higher durability after consuming the chakra fruit. Her being cautious is very reasonable, as she had comitted treason within the Otsutsuki clan and thus the odds were higher that other members would turn against her.
One Hypothesis what makes Momoshiki being more fearful than other osutsuki maybe because of his Byakugan. Because his Byakugan can peer to the future so he has a higher rank or he is very close to the osutsuki God or he is a member of the royal family bloodline that gave him this special Byakugan. So Momoshiki is one who is very close to the osutsuki god. One Mistakes the author made Mistakes is the power level of the osutsuki because the power cliff between Isshiki vs other osutsuki is very vast, it does not makes sense at all. When Naruto and Sasuke fought with the osutsuki you can clearly see that their powers are fluctuating and this frustrating to see. When they fought Kaguya lets say that haven't gotten use of the powers yet so they are still weak. When they fought Momoshiki they clearly were nerf compared to when they fought Kaguya even though they have gotten a lot stronger but the still win even with a handicap that naruto was already drain. When they fought Isshiki they're clearly the same level as when they fought Momoshiki but they didn't have any handicap this time but they were actually being easily played by Isshiki, also naruto is in his six path mode this time. So how does this compared that Kaguya and Isshiki were a pair and their powers Should actually be more stronger than that of Momoshiki but still Kaguya is still scared of Momoshiki. This power scaling between Osutsuki does not make sense at all.
Momo was hard nerfed during the naruto and Sasuke tag team vs momo fight but it was one good fight like it was a really good fight even tho it was ass writing
Momo's fate sensory is really screwed up because he says stuff about Naruto and Boruto's future but then tries to kill them? Like didn't he just say that they were gonna be alive in the future so why would he start a fight with them lol. Momo was weak because he was arrogant and simply abused his powers to absorb chakra and redirect it whereas Kaguya spent time developing her unique Rinne-sharingan teleportation and Ash Blossom taijutsu to fight again the otsutsuki. Isshiki on the other hand is an example of a higher ranking otsutsuki that has had time to train and cultivate his power. So Kaguya was a low-ranking member who trained and managed to gain power, Momo was a high-ranking member but wasted his power and Isshiki was high in ranking and also trained to become stronger so its expected for him to be stronger than Momo.

This topic will always be talked about. I believe she was afraid of Momoshiki. However, if not, she was definitely afraid of both Momoshiki and Kinshiki.
Assuming that she was lower rank her fears were reasonable. It was mentioned several times that Kaguya gained tremendous strength *after* consuming the chakra fruit. Momoshiki was basing Kaguya off of her pre-fruit form when she invaded earth together with Ishiki.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki is a pair of fodders. Kaguya didn’t afraid them. She just didn’t want to bother herself with such a losers. So she created an army of white fodders to fight her relative fodder when they arrive, while she is chilling somewhere.
I can't get used to the idea that momoshiki is stronger. A genin landed an attack on momo who was fused and outsmarted him. He even loss to an exhausted Naruto who enhanced boruto rasengan with his Chakra. I could never see this happening to kaguya. No genin would ever land an attack on kaguya. Nor would a ultra big ball rasengan kill her since multiple tailed beasts rasenshuriken barely damaged her if at all
To be fair, the strength of that rasengan really made 0 sense. It literally had the velocity of a spirit bomb and disintegrated Momoshiki. I honestly think it's the strongest attack Naruto has ever used, which in itself is a serious plothole.
@@charleschiemekaekeogu6908 To me it seems so, because compare that giant rasengan to his final ashura attack. All that did was make a huge explosion, and destroy their avatars. That rasengan literally obliterated momshiki and blasted through the ground and up into the atmosphere in less than 5 seconds. That attack is literally the most destructive and intense thing Naruto has ever created, to the point where it's pretty much a plot hole since we've never seen a Rasengan do that before.
My personal belief is that Kaguya has the most raw power out of any character. This is defined as having the most potent and abundant chakra. She also had so many different powerful abilities. However unlike Momoshiki and ishiki, she has no combat awareness, experience and skill. Thus although she had the most power, she was never using it to its fullest potential. Additionally a large portion of her powerful unique abilities were chakra based, making them useless to her fellow clansmen. Thus the otsutsuki strength scales goes like this for me. Isshiki Fused Momoshiki Kaguya Momoshiki kinshiki otsutsuki As for raw power(Chakra): Kaguya Isshiki Fused Momoshiki Momoshiki Kinshiki
Not just that, actual geniuses that know how to do calculations have already proved that Toneri was stronger than Kaguya. Simply put Boruto era has created a huge powercliffing that I enjoy but just wish they would elaborate more on how it happened because many people seem to take a glance at things and run with headcanon. Multiple statements made in the novel imply and also support that Toneri was stronger than Kaguya. If we look at the Sasuke shinden novel, Sasuke states himself he could beat kaguya at 19 years old. However the way I'm scaling isn't by DC, it's by the fact multiple implications were made that he was stronger than Kaguya and the evidence of him moving the gravitational binding of the moon and throwing at earth, that was calculated to be planetary. His speed was also on par on a much stronger Naruto than his war arc self which was also mentioned in the novels ads and guides. Also no I don't think Toneri is stronger than Isshiki, Jigen alone beat adult six paths Naruto and Sasuke who in the novels defeated Momoshiki and Kinshiki, beings who in their base forms had created parallel worlds and Kinshiki who was stated to split worlds. I mean Momoshiki's introduction in the novels begin with him destroying a planet and in some translations a star. So I know Isshiki scales much higher than Toneri by miles. Kaguya on the other hand got blitzed by a massively fatigued team in which have been fighting for a whole 2 days straight with little breaks, 3 of which were barely discovering how to use their powers as they fought. Kaguya on the other hand ran low on chakra despite being amped by the tentails in her battle with team 7 and resorted to absorbing chakra from everyone under the tsukuyomi so I don't think I'm far off from believing Toneri is stronger than Kaguya

Because they can die and rather than die they do that to be reborn like Orochimarus curse mark. After the fruit they cant die hence the need to seal them away rather than kill them. I think what Zetsu did was use a different means to free her from the seal rather than break the seal (moon)

Kaguya became immortal after she ate the chakra fruit. Hagoromo and hamura had to seal her just like Naruto and sasuke did so that proves she can’t be killed. Her abilities to instantly transport any one to another dimension and her instant kill ash bone attack are all feats that shows how powerful she is. Also even tho kaguya may have wrote momoshiki and kinshiki names in that scroll doesn’t really mean momoshiki and kinshiki are stronger than her honestly. She feared both of them yes but that doesn’t mean they are stronger than her. Kaguya stated that her clan is powerful and that should be viewed AS A HUGE THREAT.
I agree, and I would add up that she wasn’t actually afraid to fight Momoshiki and Kinshiki. She just didn’t want to bother herself with fighting such a fodders. So she created a whole army of the White Zetsu fodders so she wouldn’t be bothered fighting some fodders herself.
She was scared because she can’t fight for her life, and what proves that she never won a bottle against anyone. Let’s remember that Naruto and Sasuke power are extended from Kaguya, so if they can defeat Kinshiki and Momoshiki then so is kaguya, if she learned some skills but nuh she rather build an army of week trees to do what I don’t know, what she was thinking!! 😂
kaguya fought her sons months. and she wanted her chakra back not kill them same against team7 hence she lost the fight. and she was preparing for her whole clan

The thing is many people forget that not just in Naruto but in all worlds there are things that lose to others that that lose to something else that they beat. Meaning this, my football team beat team A but team A beat team B and yet team B beat my team. It’s like a triangle ♻️ Make sense? So essentially there are counters to everything. I rank them by : Kaguya, Hagoromo(prime) Ishiki, Momoshiki fused, Toneri, Kinshiki, Urashiki, Ashura ( 6 paths power), Indra and if i had to put Kawaki or boruto i would put boruto above Urashiki and kawaki above Toneri. Urashiki had potencial but was badly writen sad

What is really weird to me is from what we know right now all of the scrolls dont mention isshiki which is strange. Even momoshiki knew about ishiki so why didnt kaguya reference what she did to him. I think amado left info out while telling his story cause it's either left out in the scrolls or hasnt been read yet.

It's because kaguya thought she killed isshiki whereas momoshiki didn't knew about it also isshiki knew about momoshiki's presence but he didn't interfere and same goes for momoshiki
This is why you plan an story backwards. That way, you know where you want to end, then you can pace the story accordingly. Honestly, Kaguya's mere presence feels more intimidating that anything Momoshiki did, but that's just to me.
What IF the whole fight momoshiki vs naruto and sasuke was momoshiki holding back. I think it is Because momoshiki saw borutos fate and so he knew that he have to loose. So the whole fight against naruto and sasuke he was holding back himself. There is big chance that it is not True, But it is interesting theory. That means that momoshiki is múch stronger than we know.

I just don't understand how the evidence points to Momo being stronger is so easily thrown out the window. The Kage got a fat buff during the time skip which isn't a bad thing in my opinion. I'd hope their adult versions could mop their 17 year old selves. Not to mention, wasn't one of Kaguya's powers immortality? If Naruto pulled up on Hidan and threw rasenshurikens at him he'd survive too, but that doesn't mean Hidan scales above anyone Naruto beat up until that point. Naruto and Kakashi had no problems cutting through Kaguya's defense. Naruto cut off her arm and Kakashi cut her shoulder. The only problem is she can't be killed.
Might Guy whose entire character is built on the fact that he trains every single day, every single hour, every single minute and every single second couldn't defeat SO6P Madara prior to consuming the god tree. I'm not sure what kind of training Chojuro and Kurotsuchi had to go through to go from being Hebi Sasuke level to Kaguya+ but I would love to know. Kinshiki is supposedly capable of splitting worlds yet he couldn't split Chojuro's sword.

If I could make a Boruto fan animation, I would make a video of isshiki using sukunahikona to shrink an entire star and then using daikokuten to make the star crash onto earth and destroy the planet
I always wondered that. I always wondered if Isshiki was capable of shrinking and storing stars or planets as long as he could see the full scope of the celestial body. The only caviat is he can't shrink living things other than himself. Would a planet or star be considered living as it pertains to his ability?
I'm assuming otsutsukis can breath in space, so Isshiki could just go into outer space and just shrink the earth. Imagine just chilling then you're suddenly flung into the vacuum of space.

In all other versions its basically stated she only feared the 2. Also in every single version Momoshiki implies she was mostly afraid of him; and that he alone could beat Kaguya.

He doesn't even have a jutsu that is equal to a Juubi bomb, training can get you far, but not that far lol. Kaguya couldn’t fight. That was explicitly stated in Naruto Shippuden. She was powerful but did not know martial arts or have battle strategy. Black Zetsu literally had to instruct her every move and she STILL lost. Momoshiki and Kinshiki would have washed her 2v1 because they can actually fight AND they’re powerful. Also, Momoshiki can stop time.

One thing I would mention is that Otsutsukis don't really know how to judge their oppoments or know how strong really are, Kaguya feared them yes but if you ask yourself did she fought them, does she know what they Can do another thing about Otsutsukis is their arrogance - Ishiki if he had mentality of someone like Madara for example he would defeat them as quickly as he did tailed beasts Kinshiki was too reckless because he thought his strength was greater than others and yet he was sealed by 2 Kages that are most likely weaker that the ones that fought much weaker Madara Momoshiki - exactly same as Ishiki Kaguya - She just had hax but wasn't good fighter at all to a point when Black Zetsu was literally her Master XD
Guess that's their weakness, their arrogance of their own power. But some of them don't seem to have the skill to back up their power, notably Kaguya, hell even Black Zetsu had to be like her coach on her side at times.

Because the white zetsus can absorb Chakra and even transform into a clone of whose Chakra they absorbed, to the extent of having the same Chakra signatures and abilities. Which in turn would be effective against Momoshiki and Kinshiki, since they both use Chakra based attacks.

They sent three to earth to see what was up so that why she was scared. 3 otsusuki vs 1 would be over kill especially if they devoured each other. Not that I think the army would’ve done much good anyway. She shoulda just kept having kids and she probably would’ve been able to defeat them if she had 5 or more children. Her own 2 children sealed her away so I think she could’ve easily took as many husbands she wanted and had as many children as she wanted to have.

From what we saw of Momoshiki he actually was weaker than Kaguya who actually must have predicted an all-out invasion from many Otsutsukies. Basically she didn't fear a single one of them, but feared their combined strenght as being outnumbered is always a disadvantage. Kaguya was almost out of chakra the entire time and it needed all kinds of coincidental anime bullshts just to SEAL her. She easily tanked all elemental, sage-release rasenshurikens in one go while Momoshiki got killed by a last resort surprise rasengan. Her Dojutsu also was stronger and her bones were able to one-shot anything at a molecular level.
Tried a more straight forward title today, less exaggerated. Not sure how you guys will respond to it, but I'm doing more experiments with title and thumbnails moving forward. I know the titles the last few months have been more exaggerated and less direct.

Kaguya never feared anyone. She was actually confident in her strength that she could take on Momoshiki as well as the rest of the Otsutsuki members with just her strength alone and some fodder white Zetsu clones. Til this day, Kaguya is still the most difficult Otsutsuki member they've had to deal with in the Naruto/Boruto
franchise.
It literally took the assistance of FOUR Six Paths users(Hagoromo, Prime Naruto, Prime Sasuke, Prime DMS Obito) and double kamui(most hax ability in the entire Naruto/Boruto franchise) just to SEAL Kaguya who was holding back majority of the fight because she wanted to capture them alive to absorb their Six Paths chakra.
Notice how Momoshiki and Kinshiki stayed away from earth until they heard from Sasuke that Kaguya was no longer around. They didn't want that smoke with Kaguya especially after they heard what she did to Isshiki 😂

Not really. Most of the arguments are based on anime canon material that is highly inconsistent. The same anime in which an Otsutsuki (Urashiki) was beat by genins. The manga itself only consists of Sasuke's hypothesis. Kaguya arrived as a "lower rank", Isshiki being the superior. Her true power up happened within earth itself when she gained tremendous power after consuming the chakra fruit. The Kaguya that Momoshiki talked down to was a Kaguya pre-fruit (though he also called naruto, sasuke and the kage his inferiors then got beat up). Her being cautious is understandable as 1. she has no idea if momoshiki/kinshiki had gotten a similar power up to hers (they didnt) and 2. she had committed treason within the Ootsutsuki clan which would eventually lead to her being haunted down.

People arent aware Kishimoto said it when Boruto's manga came out that the problem the story ran into was that Naruto and Sasuke had gotten so powerful that the scale of the fights needed to be toned down, but couldn't be lacking because they needed to integrate the new generation. It was a conscious decision to tone down the fights via the method you mentioned, controlling destructive output, as was the choice to power cliff the supporting characters, which is why you see people like Chocho doing stuff her dad couldn't do until the war arc...but we got people saying chocho is weaker than her dad when her dad was 13...it's because the fights are scaled down.

I would say that Kaguya wasn’t actually afraid fighting Momoshiki and Kinshiki. She just didn’t want to bother herself with fighting such a fodders. So she created a whole army of the White Zetsu fodders to fight some Ōtsutsuki fodders instead of her.

I actually think the reason momoshiki and kinshiki were defeated was because they looked down upon the kage. They didn't think they were a threat for them. They saw themselfs as gods. Later when they noticed the kage were able to put up a fight, it was too late for them.

I honestly hope Kaguya will appear in boruto, highly doubtful, but with the knowledge of momoshiki and ishiikis death perhaps she would be more amendable to explain to Naruto and Sasuke what the otosutsuki plans are from her perspective. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that she didnt think more would come. @@ironshinobi9384 I’m basing this on the manga/novels. Kaguya is known for her dimensions which are planetary where she travels dimensions and makes different planets with her chakra. Momoshiki on the other hand was shown doing the same thing ,but accept his had stars, suns, and a solar system which would make it star-solar in ap. Kaguya’s is only planetary-star. Momoshiki also absorbed a star. Most stars are far larger than planets and the reason we can see them and not other planets is because stars are just that big. Momoshiki absorbing a star should put him at least star and his attack potency can be considered solar. Kaguya can only be wanked multi-planetary-star. Also this is just base momo. I never said his raw teleportation is better than hers ,but it’s practically the same. The difference is her teleportation hax allows her to split open and teleport although it’d be practically useless if someone can also teleport or is just faster than you. Momoshiki just scales higher. Isshiki is consistently the strongest character in the verse lore wise as he’s considered the “8 path” off his symbolism. He’s also stated to be the strongest villian in the entire franchise on the official boruto website. If you go off lore 19 year old sasuke~> kaguya. This can shown to be rather consistent as Sasuke that fought Naruto improved his speed as an adult to keep up with six paths Naruto and mastered the rinnegan. He also just reached his peak physically. Naruto on the other hand gotten stronger although he just mastered his abilities like his control of kurama and stuff we see this in the jigen fight. He never had such Omni-directional control of kurama. Naruto and Sasuke are considered to be equals adult wise and very close in power pre-baryon mode ,so he should be above kaguya. Maybe she can teleport him to another dimension and leave him their although in terms of actual combat she would lose. Momoshiki is considered a beyond kaguya level threat and kaguya is only considered stronger than momo because she of her base before getting the rinne-sharingan. The thing is that is filler and hagoromo was relative to kaguya and after absorbing the god tree he was still stated to be weaker. Kaguya’s base chakra was stated to be greater than the 10 tails ,so it could not be as much of an amph as people think.

I think the question is how much stronger would kauga be with the white zetsu army? This “pre evolved” kagua believed if she got the army she could fend off the otsuki (she could have planned on using the infinite tsuykounmi over and over again for 1000 years) but she probably had crazy jutsu using the army like obito wasn’t using them to their best potential

This is an interesting topic regardless. Momo is a threat because he can absorb her attacks & send em back, he has loyal kinshiki on his side, and has hella chakra pills. Kaguya did something that is Otsutsuki taboo and merged with the tree. Even though it gave her power beyond what the fruit granted her - it paused the cultivation of Earth.
So that leaves room for Momo to suck all the juice from Earth and rise to even crazier heights - and nothing would stop him from fusing with his tree either.
That would better explain the white zetsu army. Maybe they were made to stop that from happening while she managed to find a way to defeat Momo & Big Kin

For example @10:24 he says Sasuke quotes "Kaguya's scroll had an 'entry' about their arrival" meaning there's multiple "entries" implying she might have written about more, but we're never told what the scroll says in its entirety. He says because Sasuke knows momo and Kinshiki's names it must mean they were the only ones. That is a huge 'maybe' as we're never told about anything else in the scroll. For all we know it could mention even more Otsutsuki clan member names

1 people can't grasp how ridiculous the power cliffing in Boruto is
Even a character like Onoki can destroy things on an atomic level where in Shippuden he only could at a cellular level
Also gets supported with Onoki beating drained Ku(drained bc his heart got destroyed and he spammed too many Jutsu and he and the fabrications have to not use Jutsu for 20 sec(they've 20 sec intervals))
Those fabrications were a part of an army Onoki tried to make(was stated in the anime and light novel version) to fight Kaguya level threats and they're White Zetsu mixed with Shinobi DNA which amp them significantly(Ku is literally an Onoki clone mixed with a White Zetsu)
People automatically say they're fodder bc they were pretty underwhelming villains and "lost to kids" although Boruto's generation (except probably Metal) far surpassed Naruto's generation at the ages of 12-13...

Naruto did actually go all out it was stated by the narrator in ch 5 and Kurama said they'd give everything they've got...Naruto just gone all out defensively he couldn't blow up the amped Bijuu Dama bc it would've blow away the village, and Naruto collapsed which would indicate that base Momoshiki's Ninjutsu>Full defensive power Naruto which makes sense narratively since they did had prep time and fought a Taijutsu centric battle and had statements like Darui's that they won't use any Jutsu vs Momoshiki or Boruto's statement or Sasuke's
And fused Momoshiki in the movie and movie novelization said he can make it up to infinity

Kaguya being scared of Momoshiki and Kinshiki does not mean they are stronger than her. Kaguya was likely not aware of exactly how strong Momoshiki was compared to her, and Momoshiki's statements about Kaguya are not reliable because Momoshiki is extremely arrogant + he never knew of her eating the chakra fruit. Basically this is all meaningless statements and semantics and at the end of the day feats reign supreme over everything and Kaguya's feats still far surpass those of Momoshiki or Kinshiki.
But her fearing them due to a similiarity or gap in power and abilities, with her being disadvantaged is the most likely reason. She literally went out her own way to erect an army of thousands of zetsus in preperation for them.
We also have feats of Momoshiki destroying a star and being responsible for creating a universe sized dimension.
Furthermore, it would make more sense for Momoshiki and Kinshiki to be stronger than her from a narrative standpoint, since we've consistently seen a pattern of new villains and threats generally being more dangerous and powerful than the previous ones.
It still feels strange why she'd be afraid, especially since the White Zetsu were terrible fighters, and that Kaguya, if she caught Isshiki off guard, who majorly out classes both Ōtsutsuki, I felt like she could handle them. I think the most dangerous part would be Momoshiki's Rinnegan, but Kaguya has a list of abilities that can't be absorbed (I should have waited for the end)

I think Kishimoto originally planned for Momoshiki to be stronger than Kaguya but he later changed his mind and that's why we have these statements about Kaguya being scared of Momoshiki. Because Momoshiki does not have feats better than Kaguya.
only because by Kishimoto's own words in 2016 that the fights in Boruto would be scaled down because Naruto and Sasuke were too powerful now and they didnt want to take away from the spectacle of any of the kids fights. That's why Ikemoto has said that Boruto fights feel more like part 1 Naruto, it's intentional. Momoshiki fighting off STRONGER versions of Naruto and Sasuke than their war arc versions is your proof...Naruto was only rusty in terms of combat ability not power...Sasuke is using more rinnegan jutsu on top of entering into time space dimensions that require 1/3 of Naruto's six paths chakra mode chakra just to access...they're stronger but due to the decision to scale down the fights and not make them as over the top the average viewer doesn't think they are because Naruto isn't blowing mountains anymore.

Not really. Kaguya had over all higher durability after consuming the chakra fruit. Her being cautious is very reasonable, as she had comitted treason within the Otsutsuki clan and thus the odds were higher that other members would turn against her.

One Hypothesis what makes Momoshiki being more fearful than other osutsuki maybe because of his Byakugan. Because his Byakugan can peer to the future so he has a higher rank or he is very close to the osutsuki God or he is a member of the royal family bloodline that gave him this special Byakugan. So Momoshiki is one who is very close to the osutsuki god.
One Mistakes the author made Mistakes is the power level of the osutsuki because the power cliff between Isshiki vs other osutsuki is very vast, it does not makes sense at all. When Naruto and Sasuke fought with the osutsuki you can clearly see that their powers are fluctuating and this frustrating to see.
When they fought Kaguya lets say that haven't gotten use of the powers yet so they are still weak. When they fought Momoshiki they clearly were nerf compared to when they fought Kaguya even though they have gotten a lot stronger but the still win even with a handicap that naruto was already drain. When they fought Isshiki they're clearly the same level as when they fought Momoshiki but they didn't have any handicap this time but they were actually being easily played by Isshiki, also naruto is in his six path mode this time. So how does this compared that Kaguya and Isshiki were a pair and their powers Should actually be more stronger than that of Momoshiki but still Kaguya is still scared of Momoshiki. This power scaling between Osutsuki does not make sense at all.

Momo's fate sensory is really screwed up because he says stuff about Naruto and Boruto's future but then tries to kill them? Like didn't he just say that they were gonna be alive in the future so why would he start a fight with them lol. Momo was weak because he was arrogant and simply abused his powers to absorb chakra and redirect it whereas Kaguya spent time developing her unique Rinne-sharingan teleportation and Ash Blossom taijutsu to fight again the otsutsuki. Isshiki on the other hand is an example of a higher ranking otsutsuki that has had time to train and cultivate his power. So Kaguya was a low-ranking member who trained and managed to gain power, Momo was a high-ranking member but wasted his power and Isshiki was high in ranking and also trained to become stronger so its expected for him to be stronger than Momo.

This topic will always be talked about. I believe she was afraid of Momoshiki. However, if not, she was definitely afraid of both Momoshiki and Kinshiki.
Assuming that she was lower rank her fears were reasonable. It was mentioned several times that Kaguya gained tremendous strength *after* consuming the chakra fruit. Momoshiki was basing Kaguya off of her pre-fruit form when she invaded earth together with Ishiki.

I can't get used to the idea that momoshiki is stronger. A genin landed an attack on momo who was fused and outsmarted him. He even loss to an exhausted Naruto who enhanced boruto rasengan with his Chakra. I could never see this happening to kaguya. No genin would ever land an attack on kaguya. Nor would a ultra big ball rasengan kill her since multiple tailed beasts rasenshuriken barely damaged her if at all

To be fair, the strength of that rasengan really made 0 sense. It literally had the velocity of a spirit bomb and disintegrated Momoshiki. I honestly think it's the strongest attack Naruto has ever used, which in itself is a serious plothole.

That rasengan literally obliterated momshiki and blasted through the ground and up into the atmosphere in less than 5 seconds. That attack is literally the most destructive and intense thing Naruto has ever created, to the point where it's pretty much a plot hole since we've never seen a Rasengan do that before.
My personal belief is that Kaguya has the most raw power out of any character. This is defined as having the most potent and abundant chakra. She also had so many different powerful abilities. However unlike Momoshiki and ishiki, she has no combat awareness, experience and skill. Thus although she had the most power, she was never using it to its fullest potential. Additionally a large portion of her powerful unique abilities were chakra based, making them useless to her fellow clansmen. Thus the otsutsuki strength scales goes like this for me.

Multiple statements made in the novel imply and also support that Toneri was stronger than Kaguya. If we look at the Sasuke shinden novel, Sasuke states himself he could beat kaguya at 19 years old. However the way I'm scaling isn't by DC, it's by the fact multiple implications were made that he was stronger than Kaguya and the evidence of him moving the gravitational binding of the moon and throwing at earth, that was calculated to be planetary. His speed was also on par on a much stronger Naruto than his war arc self which was also mentioned in the novels ads and guides. Also no I don't think Toneri is stronger than Isshiki, Jigen alone beat adult six paths Naruto and Sasuke who in the novels defeated Momoshiki and Kinshiki, beings who in their base forms had created parallel worlds and Kinshiki who was stated to split worlds. Kaguya became immortal after she ate the chakra fruit. Hagoromo and hamura had to seal her just like Naruto and sasuke did so that proves she can’t be killed. Her abilities to instantly transport any one to another dimension and her instant kill ash bone attack are all feats that shows how powerful she is. Also even tho kaguya may have wrote momoshiki and kinshiki names in that scroll doesn’t really mean momoshiki and kinshiki are stronger than her honestly. She feared both of them yes but that doesn’t mean they are stronger than her. Kaguya stated that her clan is powerful and that should be viewed AS A HUGE THREAT.

What is really weird to me is from what we know right now all of the scrolls dont mention isshiki which is strange. Even momoshiki knew about ishiki so why didnt kaguya reference what she did to him. Not to mention, wasn't one of Kaguya's powers immortality? If Naruto pulled up on Hidan and threw rasenshurikens at him he'd survive too, but that doesn't mean Hidan scales above anyone Naruto beat up until that point.

Kinshiki is supposedly capable of splitting worlds yet he couldn't split Chojuro's sword.

The only caviat is he can't shrink living things other than himself. Would a planet or star be considered living as it pertains to his ability?

Kaguya couldn’t fight. That was explicitly stated in Naruto Shippuden. She was powerful but did not know martial arts or have battle strategy. kaguya came with a plan to kill isshiki and stopped endless wars and fought her sons months who both are excellent fighters without zetsu. ninetails also tells naruto what to do and unlike ninetails, zetsu is her will. kaguya lost because she wanted her chakra back not kill them. she wont do this to momoshiki.

One thing I would mention is that Otsutsukis don't really know how to judge their oppoments or know how strong really are, Kaguya feared them yes but if you ask yourself did she fought them, does she know what they Can do another thing about Otsutsukis is their arrogance - Ishiki if he had mentality of someone like Madara for example he would defeat them as quickly as he did tailed beasts
Kinshiki was too reckless because he thought his strength was greater than others and yet he was sealed by 2 Kages that are most likely weaker that the ones that fought much weaker Madara

Kaguya - She just had hax but wasn't good fighter at all to a point when Black Zetsu was literally her Master XD

Guess that's their weakness, their arrogance of their own power. But some of them don't seem to have the skill to back up their power, notably Kaguya, hell even Black Zetsu had to be like her coach on her side at times.

Because the white zetsus can absorb Chakra and even transform into a clone of whose Chakra they absorbed, to the extent of having the same Chakra signatures and abilities. Which in turn would be effective against Momoshiki and Kinshiki, since they both use Chakra based attacks.

Did u know there's a statement saying Toneri is the strongest enemy yet at the time The Last came out which would imply Toneri > Kaguya / 3 Eyed Juubidara.... They sent three to earth to see what was up so that why she was scared. 3 otsusuki vs 1 would be over kill especially if they devoured each other. Not that I think the army would’ve done much good anyway. She shoulda just kept having kids and she probably would’ve been able to defeat them if she had 5 or more children. Her own 2 children sealed her away so I think she could’ve easily took as many husbands she wanted and had as many children as she wanted to have.

From what we saw of Momoshiki he actually was weaker than Kaguya who actually must have predicted an all-out invasion from many Otsutsukies. Basically she didn't fear a single one of them, but feared their combined strenght as being outnumbered is always a disadvantage.
Kaguya was almost out of chakra the entire time and it needed all kinds of coincidental anime bullshts just to SEAL her. She easily tanked all elemental, sage-release rasenshurikens in one go while Momoshiki got killed by a last resort surprise rasengan. Her Dojutsu also was stronger and her bones were able to one-shot anything at a molecular level.
We only know of 5 other otsutuki
She wrote Momoshiki and kinshiki by name and they literally state they were the ones who were after Kaguya
