How to Help in Island Raid as FTP

Just some combat tips on how to participate in island raid as a low to non-spender in this game. I know its rough but you can help your team out in meaningful ways

Here's the way i looknat it. Any player pay or free... you can always rebuild your lost troops. Just go out and help defend the towers and villages, a few field fights that are t4s and farm farm farm
