- Welcome back to my 2021 weight loss journey. This is my weekly weigh in day # 21! It is shark week for me and it has been a total nightmare! The scale has not been in my favor at all and I got a horrible experience to share with you. Stay tuned.

lol, .... shark week! Your funny! I found your channel through Derek's Journey for the steps challenge! I figured I would come check out your channel and I am glad I did! I hate weighing myself around shark week because I know in my brain, it's shark week, but something hurts mentally seeing the numbers going up on the scale! Cramps just suck! Gosh! This does sound like the worst period ever!!! I hate when pain gets so bad it makes you throw up! I hope you get to feeling better and never have to experience anything like that ever again!!! I look forward to seeing your content you put out in the future! New Subscriber!

Yeah the first time in April I was thinking about going to the ER but I didn’t. I’m feeling much better now 😊

Oh gosh, poor thing! I had food poisoning in France when I was 20, where I was throwing up and pooping liquid at the same time, just sitting in the bathroom for hours. So awful! I hope it was just food poisoning and not somehow related to your period so it keeps happening.
Oh my not in France!!! That’s must’ve really sucked. Yeah hopefully this isn’t going to be a common thing with my period 🙏🏽
