Feel free to interpret this as a yandere song. Though from Jun Togawa herself, when she wrote this song she really was in love. And the lyrics come from that feeling of extreme passionate love ; the kind of love where you may be told you are loved over and over and still keep asking if they still love you, because love is not simple as that- hence the chorus. The violent parts of the song are not about domestic violence but rather when you love and embrace someone so much and so passionately that a powerful force is left over. Also, the lyrics are also in part comedy due to the absurdist nature of the lyrics.

A lot of people think this song is about being a "yandere" but to me, it feels like how I want to be loved. I want to be held so tight it leaves visible bruises that stick around for weeks. I want to be kissed untill I pass out from the lack of oxygen. I want violent love. It's a beautiful thing.
Edit: I'm not saying that you're wrong if you interpret it differently than I do. I just wanted to share my opinion on it because I love this song. Music is all about interpretation, there is no right or wrong way to think of it.
