i think the reason she went on the entire rant about trends and food content is one, because she wants to participate, two, because watching that content is a trigger for her, which leads to three, she hates herself for having no control. i forget what it was just a few days ago, but she was obviously listening to the stream, but like chinese food was mentioned on stream, and she came on here "i had a craving" with food for four. she hates herself because she watches those videos and realizes that's how she eats every day. it's the only partial dose of reality she's open to, because she gets ideas for what to eat, but she hates herself for it.

I've never eaten it, and never will. It sounds disgusting. 😐
I make it all the time and it is delicious...with just a bit of ghee, plain 0 sugar yogurt, and whole spices that are then toasted and ground. Not made with huge amounts of low quality fats, etc. Def a more indulgent dish but we exercise regularly, make sure to eat proper portions and have lots of nutrient rich veggies as part of the meal; even though rice is soooo good sometimes it is just wiser to serve it with cauliflower rice or cook some extra veggies into a meal. Chantal makes everything look disgusting (even if someone else prepared the food) and desires the fattiest, saltiest, greasiest or most sugary versions of things because her palette is so butchered that it can't distinguish much else. I would feel ruined for a dish too if I had not seen it before Chantal.
