Your after sales support is very bad. I purchased 4 of these kits and the first one I built had a bad JK BMS. I have tried to get a replacement BMS for 2 month and no one will help me. I will not be getting any more of your products. I plan on making videos talking about my experiences. A product is only as good as the warranty and support after the sale.

i got the 4 Apexium JK-Inverter-BMS kits through Docan Power (Tech). my sales agent is Jenny Wu. After i posted this comment i check my e-mail and discovered Jenny had sent a solution to the replacement. If this does not work out i would like to talk with you.
