I’m finally sharing my very highly requested Belizean Black Dinna recipe. If you are not familiar with this soup the color might throw you off but once you taste it you’ll be wondering where this soup has been all your life. I have never used Maggie soup nor culantro for this dish. I did use consome tho. I will definitely try this recipe with this cozy weather in Belize. It just looks nice. Thank you
I was afraid to try this dish because of the color..it look like Belize city kinnel wata🤣😁. But a trusted friend made some for me not knowing I didn't eat it. I didn't want her hard work to go to waste so I tried it. It is really good. Thank for sharing. I can now make my own.

Keep up the good work.good choice of foods.i tried strawberry shortcake years ago but i dont recall if i was fond of it but i know the combo of ingredients is great together.some strawberries sour n little sugar would be good on top

I have been making this for a while , but have never made it this way. Looks good , I will have to try it this way and see how it taste . One thing I was taught is to strain the black recado when you are putting it in the pot so it doesn’t have that grainy texture. Anyways, now I’m hungry for chimole! Thank you for the video ☺️

I've never seen or tried the powdered black recado before. I didn't even know they make that. I'm sure you can use it though.
