I couldn't put it better myself. Rare qualities as a human being, reflected in the individuality and range of his career path. I wish him well, and hope his two projects being released this spring catapult him into the A list; which he so very much deserves.
Nicholas Galitzine "got here" because he is truly an extremely talented man. Not only can he can sing, dance, play multiple instruments and ride a horse like an expert equestrian, he is remarkable at drama, comedy, musicals. And he has this ability to act with his eyes and with microfacial and body movements that I don't even see in many well-known actors. It's really fascinating to watch. I'm looking forward to seeing "The Idea Of You" and, especially, "Mary and George" because the story of George Villiers is so interesting. He was proclaimed to be the handsomest-bodied man in England at the time (so obviously they got the right actor to play the part who, by the way, looks better than the real Villiers). I hope that Nick Galitzine releases more music. I'm not sure whether he wrote the lyrics to "Comfort" but I found those lyrics to be sad and intriguing. And I'm hoping that he gets to act in an action movie since he has good boxing form and has trained in Krav Maga. I don't follow celebrities but I am going to follow Nick Galitzine's career because I think that he's only just begun to shine.
How beautiful and true things you wrote about Nicholas Galitzine! I haven't known him for long, but since I've seen a few films with him, Nicholas Galitzine is a constant revelation for me. I will also be following him because his career has really started to shine. Greetings from France!
What a talented and wonderful human being. I first saw you in Purple Hearts and thoroughly enjoyed it. Then I saw you in RWRB, and wow! You brought Prince Henry to life beautifully. That movie spoke to me, and I totally related to the part of how guarded he was with his heart. That was me at one point. I wish you a long and successful career and a happy life. Amd I look forward to your future roles.
the first time I saw Nicholas in a movie was High Strung. I think I watched it during the pandemic, and that’s a pretty good movie. He was amazing in it.
He is really comfortable with Marc. Nick was at an event a couple of weeks ago, and he spotted him in the press line. He immediately started to talk with him.
Nick is such a versatile actor and seems very grounded. I loved "Cinderella (Camilla Cabello)", I LOVED "RWRB" (I love Taylor, as well), I know I'm going to laugh my head off when watching "Bottoms", I'm really excited to watch "The Thought of You", & am also very keen on watching the "Mary & George" miniseries. I hope to see him win an Oscar someday.
(10:35) I guess the lady is actually Ella Rubin who plays Izzy in 'the Idea of You,' not Annie! 😉 amazing casts btw; they really look like mum and daughter. | 이 여성분 'the Idea of You'에서 이지로 나온는 엘라 루빈 같아요, 애니 해서웨이가 아니고요! 😉캐스팅 잘했네요 진짜 엄마랑 딸 같아요
Yes, indeed, there was a lot of intimacy between the two guys, quite difficult to overcome. I realize even in this interview that Nicholas Galitzine doesn't easily talk about these scenes, I'm convinced that it wasn't too easy for him, with all the intimacy coordinators. But he is an actor...this is his job!
Although being good mates, shooting those really intimate scenes would have been quite uncomfortable i think not only to him but some of other actors who are straight who've played queer characters .
I have seen multiple interviews with Nicholas and he is a little shy in them. The only interviews that I seen with him being totally at eased was when he did the interviews with Taylor. It must be really hard for anyone to do those things on camera because you have everyone looking at you while trying to act those things out.
@@anamika87289 Not necessarily, I think that all intimate scenes in movies are difficult to interpret. It is not for nothing that many established actors and actresses refuse such scenes and it's understandable
@@TravelwithTasha393 Yes, I also noticed the same, in the interviews with Taylor he's like a totally different person! Maybe the specifics of the movie forced them to be so familiar, because I understood that they didn't know each other before. And from what results from this interview, the director Matthew Lopez found Taylor Zakhar Perez pretty hard, one of the problems being that Galitzine didn't have chemistry with the others. It didn't matter that he was older or taller than in the book. In fact Galatzine said so in this interview and when was asked who the others were, he laughs and doesn't want to say... Sly and cunning as always!!! Anyway, the two guys overcame the difficult moments and were perfectly acting! So, in the end there was that necessary "chemistry"!!!
A great interview, exposing the intelligence, integrity and generous professionalism of Nicholas Galitzine.
