Just wanted to say thank you for helping me getting started with FS15. Your channel have been a huge help. Today I picked up FS17 on sale for 40% off so on to new adventures :)
I was making small chunks of change just harvesting the same field over and over, I never paid too much attention to the silage and stuff like that, I was doing pretty good and I had 40 hours into the game. I watched this video and I made the same amount in 5 hours!! Thank you so much man. You just earned yourself a subscription and a like😁
I really like your videos and I really don't mind your kids coming into your videos. I have it for the PS3 and I found this video by searching up fastest ways to make money in farming simulator 15 and that's when your video poped up and I clicked on your video and I watched it and unlike most of the UA-camrs I watch you are SO understanding and that's why I like your videos.
+cj labrecque - yes and no - you CAN hook up trailers. You CAN'T go do something else. The Silage Harvesters will not allow you to hire a worker with an attached trailer. Hope that helps.
Great video. TY. My son and I have enjoyed Farming Simulator 2015 for some time, he's young enough to just enjoy sitting watching me doing stuff. I have no clue what I'm doing most of the time, but we have laugh and use it to tell some great stories to mum afterwards. This video has been a great help. Even though I cheat with money, we can at least make silage and feed the cows in a farm, and not just rely on the tutorials.
Thank you! My girlfriend and I have been having some problems falling asleep the past couple of days but we stumbled across this video and INSTANTLY fell asleep. Thank you!
This combined with watching your "no mods" challenge helped a lot. PS4 here. The tip in there that the Tectron can suck silage and dump it instead of using a loader is a life saver. I'm one of those guys that gives up on using the forestry stuff because I can't lift the logs for anything. I cut the trees in my way and that's it. I just drive the trailer into the lake to dump my logs and reset the trailer to the farm :P

Arthur chapman, I found it easier where I bought the SmartTrax with front mower and the biggest LoadingWagon and just driver around the map and it fills up quite quickly. Time consuming but worth it. Love the videos
Hi Arthur, Love your Tutorials, I would like to point out that if you watch the video on the Real Big M, the narrator mentions that the Big M has a dryer built in to dry the grass. I tried and was amazed that this model Big M does NOT need to be teddered for hay. you can collect right from the Big M and use it as is for Hay.
Hi Arthur, I believe I used this one, let me know if it works, also, I am able to tow a loading wagon behind it. www.farming2015mods.com/farming-simulator-2015/combines/krone-big-m-500-v-2-0-combine/
Thanks for the videos. Since there is so little instruction with the game I depended on UA-cam. Now, I'm playing on the Xbox One so mods are limited to factory DLC's. I have needed up purchasing all but the Lamborghini tractor one and because of that I wanted to update some info on this tutorial. If you want to do silage I started like you by mowing then getting the pottinger tractor header. The difference was my next step up. I used the Russian forage harvestor, the Rastelmash or whatever it's called. From there I upgraded just the header to the Kemper one that came with the New Holland DLC. I tried the Krone header and the harvest or would move it with no issue, problem was it would not pick it up fully and it would drag on the ground so that one was out. I eventually upgraded to the New Holland which can use the Krone header. You also have to replace the straw collection header because even though the Rastelmash would attach, it wasn't able to lift it high enough. Unlike the issue I mentioned above, this one did lift, the issue was when it was in the down position it would cause the harvest or to slide kinda like if you ran a front loader with the bucket all the way down. My next major purchase came for collection when cutting corn. I let the worker drive the harvest and I found the JCB tractors to be the best for the money when needing the horsepower and have never needed a weight because of the balance. This let me overload them until I took this next step. I purchased the Holmer Terra Variant and the grain tank. Combine that with two Flegel Bulls and it gives you a grand total of 89,000 Liters. It has no trouble moving it up or down hills. Also the four wheel steering makes reversing with the double tipper configuration very easy. Only downside was I needed a weight to attach the Bulls. The other option that works well without the weight is the large Flegel with the dolly. It can be a challenge at times to keep it away from the header because zoomed outyou barely can see the last tipper. For the front loader to load the silage, I started with the JCB skid steer then eventually upgraded to the JCB front loader (best buy for the money). There is one other thing that makes silage SO VALUABLE that you didn't mention (at least not in any videos I've watched). By using silage at the biogas plant, you also make FREE SLURRY! NO need to have cows unless you want solid manure for the greenhouses. I actually just realized this. I wondered how the slurry and got full before I bought cows. I watched it slowly increase right after scooping a bucket into the Hopper. That increases the value of silage that much more. Its amazing how in depth this game is in some ways, yet lacking in others but most of all lacking in direction. Thanks again, love watching the videos and hearing you spend time with the kids, reminds me of my house. Both of my boys 10 and 14 years game with me. Would love to see an update to the silage tutorial, would be happy to help any way I can.
It may be a translation error by the developers, but you use the whole plant to make silage, it just gets chopped up. The more mass per area you get, the better. Thats why corn is used, as it is a lot of plant in short time on a small area. Just using the husks just wouldnt be enough. Frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch! (Merry Christmas and a happy new Year) to you and your family from a german Farmers son!
I see that now. I noticed it in the product demo video. Thank you for the info again. You have been quite a great source of information :) Happy New Year!
This was a huge help. Made enough money to buy fields 19 and 20 just from mowing around the starter field. Turned them into grass and since then I've been able to buy fields 10, 11, 15, and 17. I use 15 strictly for corn for the Big X for more silage. Fields 10, 11, 16, and 17 all are dedicated to wheat, barley, and canola. Also, if you upgrade the front loader tractor at the biogas plant to the T6.160 you can use a 45,000 trailer and move it easily. The conveyor belts made doing all of it even plausible, so much easier than using a bucket. I have the Big L mod and totally agree with you on the ridiculously increased grass yield and super cheap price so I took it upon myself to raise the price to $500,000 to slightly even it out. I worked out some math and the Big L produces worlds more than the Big M in mowing the same area. Overall one of the best FS15 tutorials I've watched, thanks!
I have never been so jealous as I was to see the silage conveyor mod you had, being from PS4 it figuratively kills me to know there is a better and easier way I will never know hahaha. Great Videos overall Arthur! P.S. My daughter enjoys driving around my farm as well.
+Brae A Glad to hear you are enjoying the videos. I love this game because its clean and I can play it with my kids without it being violent. So few games are like that.
+Arthur Chapman I turned 25 in November and I'v noticed I just don't enjoy games like COD, BF, GTA, and Skyrim any more. Now I see myself playing Rise of the Tomb Raider, Portal, The Talos Principle, Euro Truck Simulator, Game Dev Tycoon etc...
ravenwda007 Part if it is repetition for me - I have been doing FPS since Wolfenstien, and I am sick of it. Also part of it is relaxation. I don't find stressing out trying to win and getting angry that much fun anymore. I usually play to relax.
cheapest start up for silage I found was a front mounted mower and collection trailer yes your cutting area is not the biggest but saves doing mowing raking and collecting
+Calvin"Gnar Nation Ski Co." Vize - there is Ethanol, but I don't think we use it for heating or electric, but for use in motor vehicles. I think in Europe they are using corn for heating and electricity, which is something I don't believe we do here. But you are correct that Ethanol comes from corn, and it is the same procedure as far as I know. I am starting to see more Foragers in Ohio for sure.
I am from bc Canada and we have one of these Bio gas plants and it is not making bio fuel like ethanol or bio diesel it is making natural gas. We clean the gas and sell it to the gas company. But most use the raw methane to fuel generators
it is a smaller chopper but the rostselmash chopper that comes with the gold edition can hook up to all tippers even the semi trailer with the dolly and will not miss one corn stock if you hire a worker
Just want to say thank you for this. I have been wondering how to sell silage. As i just learned can cover it and stuff. I just need learn how make more slurry.
Slurry in 15 is automatically made at the Biogas plant, when you sell silage Drive a slurry tank up to the big tank just right of the front gate and you see the slurry level - Cows also make it.
agreed - at the time I made this I didn't know that you could get silage prices for bales - also the nice thing about that method is that you don't have to wait for the bins to unload - you just sell the wrapped bales at the bale sell point.
I am assuming you are playing 15 - if so... 1. Harvest your first crops and sell them. 2. Use your cultivator and seeder to plant grass on all your already owned feilds. 3. Sell all your equipment. 4. Buy a New Holland T6-160, A mower, A round bale machine, and a round bale wrapper. 5. Mow the grass, bale it, wrap it and sell the wrapped bales at your bale barn. Rinse, repeat. You will be a millionare very quickly.
excellent channel I just bought this game for the Xbox one and I cant put it down. I was watching this video (@22:21) you stated you needed a lot of horsepower to run that method. however I found out you can run it with the Red SAME tractor you buy for 142,000. I haven't ran into any issues with it so far.
Yes, the same does have 190 hp (which is high for its price). I wouldn't try the setup on anything smaller. The only issue you will run into on the same is that it will slow down quite a bit on hills
Hey Arthur, thank you for a very informative video. I've started farming silage, I sold all my equipment opted for the John holland t6 with front mower and rear forager combo. Slow and tedious yes, but loading the silage into the bins is a much more painful. Can you give me the link to the conveyor mod please? I think it's hard to find these days... I hope not Thanks anyway loved the video
Arthur Chapman also a good way to make money is to put the oak trees (cost 7k) near the lumber mill cut them down and sell them (u get around 45+k on FS 15 on all consoles)
Hi!just wanted to share something with you guys... I have have just realise that you can equip the disc x6200 from Krone bigX, in the comia C.6 that we have in the begining of game.Plus the header cost almost half,of the price from "kuhn" mowers that equip tractor.plus you don`t need forage wagon cause C6 has it`s own capacity, and probablly more eficient...if only i realised earlier:))))
Arthur Chapman Sorry my friend i made big confusion:|i had the x6200 cutter highlited because my mouse arrow was above the shop square for it...but accually the rosewtall cutters was the one enable...sorry for that, im so embaraced:)...accually you can do it, and is not so hard, by tweaking the xml files, but thats diferent story...
+tankarmor From a yield per acre standpoint, you get a lot more chaff from corn, BUT from an overall perspective - You have to cultivate, plant, and fertilize corn every time, but grass is free (or only has to be planted once) and requires no field maintenance, so its cheaper. It does require a lot more mowing and acreage to get the same results as corn, so they each have benefits and cons. I usually have one or two fields of corn near the bio-gas plant and then mow IF I need extra.
They didnt put it into header because headers dont blow out the stuff they pass it to the body if you will. I dont know the terms in english, but the patenger (or how ever it is spelled) blow it out to the trailer, thats why its not a header and its a harvester.
I just started gaming. That said, this looked like something I would really enjoy. Well, feeling like a idiot, I can't seem to figure out where the pipe is to move over the trailer? Please help?
Its just west of the cow pens. If you head to the cow facility from the main farm, turn right at the cow farm and you will run right into the Biogas gates.
another way that works is to make round bales out of grass wrap them up with the round bale wrapper unit depending on the amount of bales you bring in you can make some bank
+spike spiegel Yeah. I just figured that one out recently (on my bjornholm series). It might be the most efficient way to do it because you don't need anything other than a small tractor front loader and the round bale setup. Its much less expensive than a forage harvester. However, it does involve a bit more work (mowing and rowing and wrapping and so forth). If you have the "add bale to grass" mod it gets rid of the wrapping step.
Can you do this on the American map if it's not something we typically do in America? I'm sorry if this is a silly question, I'm currently downloading the game. Thanks for your tutorials, they've been super informative! =)
So, for time and acreage, is making chaff/using a forager more efficient than just cutting grass? Grass is everywhere and costs nothing to plant or fertilize. Just curious if you've looked into it.
+georgianbents I should put in there "grass mowed with a forager". Grass mowed with a mower and pickup/loading wagon IS probably the most affordable, but because the forager yields 1.8x more than the regular mower, its much faster to mow with the forager.
+georgianbents Hehe, You are very good at putting like 8 different points in 15 words... I keep having to reread what you said lol (I am in a hurry). Ok so final answer - the most affordable is a mower with a loading wagon. However, most affordable is not always "most efficient". Most efficient would probably be the easyflow picking up straw. Straw is a free by product of wheat, AND is usually "pre-windrowed" by the standard combine when it collects the grain and leaves the straw, making it faster to grab because you don't have to cover the whole field. Second would be grass mowed with the Forager. The grass like the straw is free, but you have to get the whole field mowed to collect it. As I stated earlier, the forager collects almost 2x as much product from the same field as the mower, so right there you are better off with the forager. 2 for the price of 1 is always the way to go :).
I'm a grinder in games, so I don't mind repetitive tasks. I like collecting and selling silage, so I was wondering how the factors change when you can get 2 or three grass harvests from the same area(s) while crops take 2 to 3 times longer to grow before you can collect the forage. Have you worked that angle too? I ask because I have tons of grassy areas after cutting down a lot of trees, and I haven't set up many fields yet.
+Gary Breland Some players do. I hear that you can mow 3 times before you "fill" the area. Once you hit that third mow you won't get any more grass. So you could mow 3 times and then just collect once at the end of the 3 mowings
+silvergooddragon There are several out there, but this is the set that I use www.modhub.us/farming-simulator-2015-mods/multi-fruit-conveyor-belt-pack-v1-1/ - hope that helps!
Your tutorials are very helpful and simplify my farming. But I noticed that after I did the silage one time and emptied it out that it would not allow me to refill the unload area again, it said grass nit accepted here. Do you know why that is?
whiteandnerdytuba Found out I was violating about 10 international laws by hosting those, so I didn't put them back up when my site got hacked but you could always go to www.gameworld.artkatpc.com/download - and don't tell anyone about it ;)
Arthur Chapman sorry to hear that. wish you could have helped me. i still say bs on the laws since torrent sites are still "legal," i enjoy your videos and keep up the good work
You would have to put it in the silo by the cows to make silage, and then feed it to your cows. You can't just put the chaff into the cow feeder. Does that make sense.
Where did you find the mod for your silage conveyors? I've downloaded a few more off of the official farming sim website but they don't really have a good selection and I'm not sure if I can trust downloading from other websites.
+Jordan Davis Modhub is a great site as it has few adds and doesn't make you click on a bunch of stupid stuff before you get to your mod - here are the conveyors I use. www.modhub.us/farming-simulator-2015-mods/multi-fruit-conveyor-belt-pack-v1-1/
Arthur, Ya know because of you I bought the game and the JCB DLC, plus I now have over 4GB of Mods on my computer. YOU'RE DES-PIC-ABLE! (Daffy Duck voice)
How do you detach the harvester header from its trailer? Just bought a Superflex Draper 45ft from New Holland for my New Holland CR10.90. I have the game on my PS4. Im not sure what to do with it.
Should u use fertilizer on the corn u r about to chafe or no and did u know u can hook up the forage harvester from the gold edition up to the semi trailer with the dollyea but not the krone
+battousaid1 Yes, you need to fertilize the corn to get the full yield. I didn't know about the RSM being able to pull the dolly EA - Thank you for that!
If you are talking about the Forager (the big X) it can use all the way up to the Fleigal Bull TMK66, but nothing larger. With the small tractor based setup you can use any tipper you can pull.
If you use the mowing header for the Big X You can mow down Grass, Wheat, Barely and Canola. You could also leave straw when you harvest, and then chaff it using the easyflow header for the Big X. Corn gives you the most chaff per acre though, so that is why I recommend it. You only have to do one of them - you don't have to do both.
well compared to logging i find this pretty legit. i dont even do logging anymore it destroys the game play there is just too much gap between placing an already grown tree then throwing it to the pond vs growing crops. silage is different in a way that it actually requires at least some effort to complete.
+J3AN P3T3R Good point - When I do logging, I try to do it realistically. I kinda float back and forth between them. When I get sick of foraging, I go logging. When I get sick of logging, I go back.
That should be plenty - the game doesn't really do a good job "simulating" horsepower, so you can do things with a pretty small tractor that you definitely couldn't in real life, without resulting in damage.
+Radioactive Cat - as long as you are actually getting the corn grains in the bin you are doing it right. If you have the wrong header it won't do anything.
Thanks but I sold the harvester abd brought the one in the vid, now I need a new tractor ad my one cannot pull the trailer or header thank u anyway tho

Rick Frazer Yessir - Free Slurry - you would be surprised at how fast you run through it. I have used up that entire tank on 3 or 4 fields.
i think that the corn header is under harvester or combines because it does more work than the header would do.

I have found the new holland loader is more stable when moving silage if you lower the rear weight
We have ethenol/biofuel plants in the Chicago area. We do a lot of the work in them as pipefitters. They have been around for a long time
I am not sure our ethanol is the same as the European Bio plants where they burn silage directly to make electricity, but I could be wrong about that.

ravenwda007 Part if it is repetition for me - I have been doing FPS since Wolfenstien, and I am sick of it. Also part of it is relaxation. I don't find stressing out trying to win and getting angry that much fun anymore. I usually play to relax.
Wow, this is nice. Bought myself the 2 conveyor belts and saved me a lot of time.
Tnx for the tip, Arthur ;-)
no prob. MUCH easier than scooping for hours.
Where did you get the conveyors
This video is so good .Thank you.
+Pissanu Pisly Glad to be of help Pissanu
Finally I found a video explaining silage! Thanks so much. You're awesome!!
+david garcilazo You are very welcome :)
Merry Christmas and good luck
+Matthew Campbell You to Matthew! Thank you!
cheapest start up for silage I found was a front mounted mower and collection trailer yes your cutting area is not the biggest but saves doing mowing raking and collecting
+Nathan White Agreed - If you are getting into it with a starter farm its really the only setup you will be able to afford.
+Arthur Chapman I have this game and know what to do
Kenny Kiers
Glad to hear it!
how did u know my name ?
+Arthur Chapman we should play with echther
I am from bc Canada and we have one of these Bio gas plants and it is not making bio fuel like ethanol or bio diesel it is making natural gas. We clean the gas and sell it to the gas company. But most use the raw methane to fuel generators
BTW have learned a lot watching your vids. I think they are the best out there!!!!
Glad to be of service :)
This popped up in my recommend
Same
never actually knew how to do this been taking corn to here thanks
No problem!
it is a smaller chopper but the rostselmash chopper that comes with the gold edition can hook up to all tippers even the semi trailer with the dolly and will not miss one corn stock if you hire a worker
That is correct - the video was made LONG before the gold edition came out :)
Great job on the video. I plan on watching more of them.
Glad to have you aboard Belelusat
Just want to say thank you for this. I have been wondering how to sell silage. As i just learned can cover it and stuff. I just need learn how make more slurry.
Slurry in 15 is automatically made at the Biogas plant, when you sell silage Drive a slurry tank up to the big tank just right of the front gate and you see the slurry level - Cows also make it.
@@Vbluguitar thank you so much sir!
Just an awesome video..thank you.
+Dave B Glad I could be a help Dave :)
I miss this game
I am surprised that this is in my recommended great video nonetheless
Glad you liked it!
I mow the grass, use a tedder, windrow it, bale it, then wrap the bales and sell it. It's a lot faster.
agreed - at the time I made this I didn't know that you could get silage prices for bales - also the nice thing about that method is that you don't have to wait for the bins to unload - you just sell the wrapped bales at the bale sell point.
can you make a video of how you start a new farm then go into silage coz i would love to give this a try
Got fs15 last day and have been playing it for just this morning and i already have the big x 1100.
Glad to hear it. Great machine for making money right!
Hi Arthur. Enjoying the vids. You as excited as I am for 17 to come out?
Pre Ordering it ASAP. I should get my money in this week.
Happy 2023🥳
Happy new Year!
a good way otherwise to know if it is full, is if he pipe does not move, to track where the trailer is, then it is full.
excellent channel I just bought this game for the Xbox one and I cant put it down.
Oh and glad you are enjoying the channel :)
I hope not
Thanks anyway loved the video
+Mr Smith Sure thing - here you go. www.modhub.us/farming-simulator-2015-mods/multi-fruit-conveyor-belt-pack-v1-1/
+Arthur Chapman many thanks
Bro this guys is really smart man! And ur vids are great! U just earned a new sub
Thanks Bayley, Glad to have you onboard
Arthur Chapman also a good way to make money is to put the oak trees (cost 7k) near the lumber mill cut them down and sell them (u get around 45+k on FS 15 on all consoles)
Marry Christmas Arthur !!!!!
You too Bugz :)
Great tutorial. Thanks! Should be worry free with courseplay.
+ravenwda007 You are welcome :) Glad to help!
Who else watched the whole thing? I knew about some of this in real life but not in game, great video
Thank you Caravite - Glad to be of service.
did i hear you correctly you can get chaff from wheat and barley as well? what would you use to cut it
Yes - you use the same header that you use to mow grass
Hi!just wanted to share something with you guys...
I have have just realise that you can equip the disc x6200 from Krone bigX, in the comia C.6 that we have in the begining of game.Plus the header cost almost half,of the price from "kuhn" mowers that equip tractor.plus you don`t need forage wagon cause C6 has it`s own capacity, and probablly more eficient...if only i realised earlier:))))
Mad Power That is funny. Thank you for sharing, I will have to make a video.
Mad Power With a shout out of course, lol
Arthur Chapman Sorry my friend i made big confusion:|i had the x6200 cutter highlited because my mouse arrow was above the shop square for it...but accually the rosewtall cutters was the one enable...sorry for that, im so embaraced:)...accually you can do it, and is not so hard, by tweaking the xml files, but thats diferent story...
Does the corn have to be fertilized to get the most out of the harvest?
Yes - fertilization will increase the yield by about 50 percent I believe
So pound for pound do you get more chaff from corn or grass?
That does make sense. It cuts AND spits :)
I just started gaming. That said, this looked like something I would really enjoy. Well, feeling like a idiot, I can't seem to figure out where the pipe is to move over the trailer? Please help?
If you are on PC, I believe its the "o" key.
I cannot seem to find the biomass plant you keep going back to, to plant the green grass. Can you help me?
If you have the "add bale to grass" mod it gets rid of the wrapping step.
im currently playing the ps3 version of fs15 when i get the pc version of fs15 i will try the bale to grass mod
you can use the kemper 2020 header on the 7180 its 15 rows
yes, but that would NOT be prototypical unless you planned on killing your 7180s transmission.
Great video! Very informative and entertaining!
Thank you Danny! Also be sure to check out my Silage tutorial for Farming Sim 17 as many things have changed.
I like how you share cropped field 15
+Outlawed Bandit IKR - its great for testing, though could be usable in game too.
Can you do this on the American map if it's not something we typically do in America? I'm sorry if this is a silly question, I'm currently downloading the game. Thanks for your tutorials, they've been super informative! =)
+Nichy Steves Hi Nichy! Yes, you are able to use any of the equipment on any of the maps, no restrictions
Can u hook the chopper part onto the back and drive it backwards??
Ha, I don't see why not.
So, for time and acreage, is making chaff/using a forager more efficient than just cutting grass? Grass is everywhere and costs nothing to plant or fertilize. Just curious if you've looked into it.
+georgianbents Grass is the best for sure, with straw being second, as its a free byproduct if not used by your farm animals
Quick question, do you just let the grass sit and continue to mow? +Arthur Chapman
+Gary Breland Some players do. I hear that you can mow 3 times before you "fill" the area. Once you hit that third mow you won't get any more grass. So you could mow 3 times and then just collect once at the end of the 3 mowings
Where did you find those conveyor mod that you show at the Biogas plant that you are using to dump the silage into the hoppers?
+silvergooddragon There are several out there, but this is the set that I use www.modhub.us/farming-simulator-2015-mods/multi-fruit-conveyor-belt-pack-v1-1/ - hope that helps!
Arthur Chapman
Thanks. That well help lots when it comes to doing the silage in the game. and easier to do then scooping it.
you have good videos thx for makeing them
austin white Thank you for your compliment, Austin :)
Do I need to use a sprayer on the corn fields for collecting chaff?
+▲ NOVA ORDEM MUNDIAL ▲ Yes, that is correct.
subbed thanks for this guide fella very informative
+Andrew Ambrose Glad to be of service!
Your tutorials are very helpful and simplify my farming. But I noticed that after I did the silage one time and emptied it out that it would not allow me to refill the unload area again, it said grass nit accepted here. Do you know why that is?
This is a bug with the game - Are you on PC or Console?
+Alex Gallegos bunkers one and two are bugged and don't empty all the way, 3 and 4 work right though so just use those two.
ps4
awsome!!! thanks so much!!
Hi I was wondering is there any setup that you can do with all workers if not what setup is the fastest doesn't matter about money
The fasted would be the Krone Big M with 2 of the TMK 66 Bull trailers attached - but you can't use a worker with that setup.
clicked the link above, but didnt see the option for the farm simulator mods, what am i missing? also great tutorial.
whiteandnerdytuba Found out I was violating about 10 international laws by hosting those, so I didn't put them back up when my site got hacked but you could always go to www.gameworld.artkatpc.com/download - and don't tell anyone about it ;)
Arthur Chapman
sorry to hear that. wish you could have helped me. i still say bs on the laws since torrent sites are still "legal," i enjoy your videos and keep up the good work
whiteandnerdytuba hint hint - check the link I just sent you ;)
Arthur Chapman
i got it, thanks. its the conveyor that i am most glad about, other ones i downloaded didnt work as well. thank you
Can I use this collected corn like this to feed my cows??
#Arthur Chapman this tutorial helps a lot of people that they are new to FS15
PS: even me!
+The.Gaming .Carrot :) Glad to be of service Mr. Gaming Carrot :)
Are these mods free
Arthur,
Ya know because of you I bought the game and the JCB DLC, plus I now have over 4GB of Mods on my computer. YOU'RE DES-PIC-ABLE! (Daffy Duck voice)
TreverSlyFox lol - its such a great game ain't it :)
How do you detach the harvester header from its trailer? Just bought a Superflex Draper 45ft from New Holland for my New Holland CR10.90. I have the game on my PS4. Im not sure what to do with it.
+Robert Epperson LOL Never mind. I figured it out. LOL. Thanks anyways.
+Robert Epperson LOL - glad to hear it. They fold up like aircraft landing gear, but you have to select the header and then press x I think.
@Arthur Chapman Could you please insert a link for the conveyor belt please.
Here are a whole bunch to pick from - www.modhub.us/search/conveyor/
Thanks Arthur.
+artkatpro ur welcome and thanks I found out on accident
+battousaid1 Oops, I replied using the wrong account, lol - thank you Battou
+Arthur Chapman that's funny
Do you have to use that or can you use any tipper.
If you are talking about the Forager (the big X) it can use all the way up to the Fleigal Bull TMK66, but nothing larger. With the small tractor based setup you can use any tipper you can pull.
Love the vids! I want 15 bad! I'm still playing 13 😢
hehe - we are on 17 now ;)
Tell you what - next time 15 goes on sale on steam, let me know - I will get you a copy.
Do you have to do grass and corn or could you only do one of them
If you use the mowing header for the Big X You can mow down Grass, Wheat, Barely and Canola. You could also leave straw when you harvest, and then chaff it using the easyflow header for the Big X. Corn gives you the most chaff per acre though, so that is why I recommend it. You only have to do one of them - you don't have to do both.
+Arthur Chapman thanks that will help
I like doing the 3rd way
well compared to logging i find this pretty legit. i dont even do logging anymore it destroys the game play there is just too much gap between placing an already grown tree then throwing it to the pond vs growing crops. silage is different in a way that it actually requires at least some effort to complete.
+J3AN P3T3R Good point - When I do logging, I try to do it realistically. I kinda float back and forth between them. When I get sick of foraging, I go logging. When I get sick of logging, I go back.
Ok thank you I'll look into that
Is it strange that I'm just excited to get this and live in 2016
how do you put the light on top on the orange pit
On the PC version its the "home" key. On consoles it should be left bumper+Y
were the trailers you were using with krone big x is that vanilla into the game
+BRODYNERFLEGOES Yessir - They are all under the tippers section in the in store menu.
thanks
I'm using a 200 hp international to mow and row and pick up lol it works
That should be plenty - the game doesn't really do a good job "simulating" horsepower, so you can do things with a pretty small tractor that you definitely couldn't in real life, without resulting in damage.
Yo, I planted corn and the chaff that came out of my TC5.90 looked really yellow, do you have to have that front thingy?
+Radioactive Cat - as long as you are actually getting the corn grains in the bin you are doing it right. If you have the wrong header it won't do anything.
Thanks but I sold the harvester abd brought the one in the vid, now I need a new tractor ad my one cannot pull the trailer or header thank u anyway tho
