What are rules regarding copyright, licensing and intellectual property for Itasha decals in Japan?
I've heard that Japan does not have Fair Use Policy (unlike in other places)
That being said:
Can you use official artwork for the decal design?
Or do you have to send an e-mail to CyGames first and get their permission first before you can slap Uma Musume anime screenshots into your vehicle?
