Why is the Buttercream recipe listed here, different from the tutorial recipe? This one calls for 2 sticks of butter, the other one calls for the whole box?
Can the glass shard be put in the fridge to help it cool quicker or will it affect the texture? I’m in Malaysia and the weather is quite hot and humid.

You can do that! But i'd be worried you might have condensation if you let it cool below room temperature, so be careful if you do!
