What about the little adjustmentscrew with the spring on it? How far turn it?

Which fuel line goes to which part on the carburetor? I'm trying to rebuild one of these and the fuel line were already totally disintegrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was thinking the same thing but I thought that I would put blue tape on the line to the left so I know where to put back the next time.
