  • Revelation 4:1 ¶ After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Revelation 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

There were times I was entering into a place, trying to be quick and this person comes to me and I know I must speak with them. I once was too impatient to understand that it was a set appointment from the Lord and this guy about my age was witnessing to people for the catholic church. It was absolutely my chance to reverse it and witness for Jesus Christ to him. I regret not having spoken to him, so now whenever I go out, I glance around, expecting someone to walk up to me. I notice the more I'm growing spiritually, the more "homework" God gives to me after having learned.

I always wonder about the thumbs down on a vid where someone clearly explains clear scriptures. Do they disagree with the Bible, with God? Do they interpret the plain teaching in some wild way? I just dont get it. Some people must have a hard time accepting things i guess. It's sad really. Anyway hats off to all my thumbs upping brothers and sisters who can put away their opinions to allow Gods truth to be preeminent in their lives. God bless you beloved brethren and thanks again Bryan for contending for truth.

Yes I can completely understand this. A very similar situation happened to me yesterday actually. I walked right by a man, and the Holy Spirit showed me an open door to turn around and witness. Anyways whoa whoa at 7 minutes in what you described about the holy spirit in the grocery store setting up a opportunity etc. That just happened to me the other day when I was working, my hearing aid alerted me my battery was low so then I went on my break and walk down to Rite Aid and found an opportunity to minister healing to a lady that had a cane and ended up praying for her and she got healed of terrible both knee pain.

Either your in Spirit Now, or your in the mind.
When Christ said to Love your enemy as thyself, he was telling you to Be in Spirit.
When your in Spirit, you are free from worldly knowledge, so what you perceived as objects and things through knowledge...are transformed ... into manifestations of the father.
He was telling you to be in Spirit versus the mind.

Amen Brother!! Great video!! Its really unfortunate that this lie has been taught by some Christians. Makes you wonder? Could be yet anther attempt of Satan to further push his agenda of new age beliefs with the astral projection concept. Completely ludicrous! Also I agree, cigarettes are not o.k. being a believer. I smoked for ten years, and was smoking two packs a day. When the Lord came to me and saved my life. Smoking was one of the first things he convicted me of. It wasn't easy, I did it as you would say "cold turkey", but he gave me the strength to see it through. It was a sin, and I don't think I would have learned anything if he had delivered it from me immediately without some suffering. I had to feel the pain of letting this harmful addiction go. Now I have no desire to go back.

    Hello!
I've watched quite a few of your videos, but I've never commented on any of them. I've always liked how you take a very common sense approach to things like these, and provide scriptural support.
I have a question relating to this video, though.
I've noticed a lot of times where I am doing something random, some regular life activity like driving, or I'm at work, or I'm reading and suddenly I'll get an urge to look at the clock. When I do, it is usually some number that's significant in Scripture, such as 1:44 (or anything :44), 12:12, etc.
I know the Bible says about "observing times" (which I don't believe I'm doing, I'm not turning it into a ritual or spiritual thing), and sometimes these things happen, say, when I go to bed at night, I'll get ready for bed, and JUST as I'm laying down, it's 12:12, or 12:44, or 12:34, or something along these lines. A lot of these times, I couldn't have possibly planned it to happen like this myself (as I was not looking at a clock, and the clocks in my house all have different times on them anyways). There was this one night where I woke up randomly and needed to use the bathroom, and I saw the living room clock on the way out. It read 3:33 (this was just before the DST change last Spring, the living room clock hadn't been changed yet). I then got to my room and laid down on my bed, and looked over at the clock and it read 4:44 (my bedroom clock is purposefully 10 minutes fast to help me get to work on time). I surely couldn't have timed it like that on purpose, and it would hardly be the first time something like this has happened.
I don't think this is anything really major, however sometimes I get this... thought, or impression, that the Lord is merely doing this as an encouragement/reminder that no matter what happens, He is in control of our lives. It makes me think of Him anytime I see that kind of thing on a clock, and how He is in control of my life (because I've asked Him to be).
Also, I find that mundane things will just "fit together" by what many people would call "random chance" (something I don't really believe in), such as say needing a certain number of item, say, cans of soup and going to the store and seeing *exactly* that number of cans on the shelf or some-such, and first thought that comes to my mind is "surely He made it happen like this intentionally".
What do you think of this? Does this happen to you?

    • @Dhalin
      @Dhalin 7 років тому

Also, another example, not related to clocks... week before last, I was thinking of doing the grocery shopping after work (my workplace is halfway between my house at the store I normally shop at). I was unsure if I was meant to, because I just had this feeling, where I kinda-sorta wanted to go and get it done with, but yet at the same time, I just didn't really want to go. So, I asked Him to guide me.
Well... it was spitting snow and frozen rain when I arrived at work. I was like "eeew, ok, no shopping." The sun broke through the clouds and it stopped snowing within half an hour after me starting work, and I'm like "or... maybe I am supposed to go?" well, 5 minutes before my shift was done, it was spitting snow and frozen rain again and I'm like "....or not." I'm getting pretty confused, so I decide to merely get gas at the nearby gas station, get gas and head home. About 15 minutes after arriving home, the sun comes out again and it stops snowing.
Fast-forward a week, and my family is getting pretty low on groceries, and *that* time, the weather is bright and sunny. Went shopping, the store had everything I needed, my work shift was done earlier than anticipated, and everything went so smoothly.
Pretty sure, for some reason or another, the Lord did not want me going that day. I think movements of the Holy Spirit can also happen for our protection too; what if I had gone shopping that first day and wound up in a car accident or something?

Hello brother. Question right off the bat lol. So astral projection, if a person practices occult and astral projects, their spirit leaves their body, right? So my question is a lost person has an inactive spirit until the Holy Spirit quickens their spirit (and body), so would that person's spirit be "awakened" by an evil spirit allowing them to leave their body?

So if a person cusses are you saying he's not saved?. So do you think that no saved person can cuss at all or couldn't have a bad habit that he has to try to break? I'm saved and I still have that habit, but I'm not going to condemn myself because I sin like everyone else. I do try to stay in fellowship the best I can. Not everyone that gets saved stops cussing completely and you should know that. I'm just saying how I feel about this.

Everytime you sin: You should confess, repent, try not to sin. Every day you sin, you should be confessing, at least at night before you go to bed.
Unconfessed sin leads to demon oppression, which you can be even without knowing it at first anyway. Most people are actually. If you have unconfessed sin you are not "in the spirit".
Bible Verses About Confession Of Sin
Bible verses related to Confession Of Sin from the King James Version (KJV) by Relevance -
1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
      James 5:16
      - Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that
ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man
      availeth much.
Proverbs 28:13 - He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh [them] shall have mercy.
      Psalms 32:5
      - I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I
said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest
the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
      Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Acts 19:18 - And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds.
      Psalms 51:1-5
      - (To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet
came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.) Have mercy upon me, O
God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of
thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. (Read More...)
James 4:17 - Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth [it] not, to him it is sin.
      2 Peter 3:9
      - The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count
slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should
perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Acts 17:30 - And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

      1 Corinthians 10:13
      - There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but

get saved that's like Catholic confession. a curse is a curse. and repentance is to turn to God for forgiveness and believe in Jesus. you don't have to keep repenting. you'll never be perfect, admit it already, your not perfect, neither am I. Turn to God seeking forgiveness, accept Jesus Christ and ye shall be born again.

Great video Bryan. I have a non related question. I was reading through Isaiah and I came across this.
I am the Lord , and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord , and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the Lord have created it. Isaiah 45:5‭-‬8 KJV
Im referring to the part about creating evil. What are your thoughts on this?

      Jermaine Knight,
we don't use the word "evil" like they did in 1611.
Notice, the opposite of "evil" in this verse, is "peace".
To "make peace" is to create peace. And to "create evil" is to make the opposite of peace.
Therefore, any adverse circumstances fit the definition of "evil", as found in this passage.
It could be sending famine, war, pestilence...
There are plenty of other passages that tell us God is not the origin of sin.
Sin is the opposite of holiness. And God is the origin of holiness. God is ALL- Holy.

    Bryan,
Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
A saved person cannot be in the flesh(in this sense) if he is saved. When I find myself using my own words or considering to do so, I remind myself that in the kingdom of God the seed is the word of God. It helps me to avoid mistakes. No one can argue with me if I quote Bible. They would be arguing with God. Tracts composed entirely of scripture are more effective than mixing the words of man with God`s. A friend thought my style of preaching the gospel could use improvement. All he did was ask me to read a passage of scripture. I got his point, and it was impossible to dispute him.(not interested in disputing God)

Flesh and blood cannot ENTER Heaven. If you meditate and clear your mind to purposely try to astral project then of course that is demonic. If the Lord pulls your spirit out to bring you to Heaven or wherever then that's different because you did not willingly cause it. Trying to do it yourself just so you can go do whatever is evil and very demonic. If the Lord yanked my spirit out I'm not going to rebuke Him. He IS God. He makes the rules.
    2 Corinthians 12:1-6
1 It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord. 2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3 And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) 4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. 5 Of such an one will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities. 6 For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me.

I prefer not to judge and condemn that which I do not fully understand. I do not condone astral projection but I will not limit what God Almighty can do. I'm not saying Brother Bryan is wrong. Just that I tread lightly on things I cannot fully grasp and understand. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I increase in knowledge but I feel like I know even less. My fallen, corrupted, mind cannot grasp the things of the High and Lofty One. Only my two cents(not even worth that).
Thanks Brother Bryan for all your hard work.

What Does It Mean To Be "In The Spirit"? It would be that your mind has been sufficiently indoctrinated. It also means no outside influence, no matter how convincing or accurate will take you out of your indoctrination. The inculcated mind is drained from its ability to reason or defend itself from the influence of erroneous data and superstitious dogma

JESUS IS THE LORD I'm not here for your approval, I'm here to help anyway I can.. This isn't just a harmless belief system, it's a disease akin to alcoholism, which causes the believer to make decisions he or she otherwise wouldn't. These decisions directly affect me when political pressure is placed on religious government officials to remove evolution from text books or any number of things like an erosion of the separation of church and state. You say I'm the one that's been indoctrinated, but I'm not rejecting well-known and accepted science like the age of the Earth and the formation of the universe. If I can reach even one person, I've made a difference.

    • @jesusisthelord7142
      @jesusisthelord7142 7 років тому

Paul Millbank what your saying is nonsensical because i could say the same thing about your system. in which case was more deadly concerning the fact hitler and the nazi army had atheistic doctrines with a little help from the RCC( any deadly agenda needs its approval from the roman hierarchy). my system of belief is different from the catholic we dont go around killing people to convert we preach what paul preached thats it. repentance toward God and faith towards our Lord Jesus Christ. your system killed people to. oh but "science" is the perfect awnser isnt it. especially when you use it to kill people.
dont worry in a couple years your not going to be an atheist anymore. those years could be 10 away or 1 away but trust me in your lifetime your going to stop being an atheist.

    • @paulmillbank3617
      @paulmillbank3617 7 років тому

JESUS IS THE LORD I'm going to, as briefly as possible, reply to each claim as I read them. Don't worry I don't expect you to read all of this. 90% of this is showing you just how many times your claim of End of days has been claimed and failed to occur (all at the end) I will speak to my concerns for this yearning you seem to have for all this to be over. For life to end. It is that concerning desire that I speak to you and all other like you because that desire scares the "Hell" out of me. What lengths will you go to to insure end times finally occur? Will one of you get your hands on the button that can end it all whether God exists or not?
      1) "what you're saying is nonsensical because I could say the same thing about your system."
1A) The fact is you can't say the same thing about the scientific method. It's based on real physical evidence. Conclusions can be made based on this real world evidence. Religion has nothing to offer but hearsay from 100s to 1000s of years ago and very few if any are eyewitness testimony. There is no evidence, that isn't hearsay that Jesus even lived, and if he did live, there is no indication that he died on the cross, but if he did die on the cross there is no evidence he resurrected from the dead. This is all based on testimony from people who didn't know him personally. I know you will argue that John, Mathew, Luke and Mark were written by these authors that are from the story of Jesus. However, you would be going against the most recognized religious historians that admit these have been drafted decades to as much as a hundred years after the death of Christ, and nobody knows who the authors were.
      2) "in which case was more deadly concerning the fact Hitler and the Nazi army had atheistic doctrines with a little help from the RCC( any deadly agenda needs its approval from the Roman hierarchy)."
2A) Hitler may have been an atheist but his military wasn't, and if you do the research you will see how Hitler was designing his own religion as himself being the Messiah. He was not doing this because he necessarily believed it to be true, but he understood the power and control you have over people who accept religious beliefs. Personalities who believe even in the absents of physical evidence are very easily controlled.
      3) "your system killed people too. oh but "science" is the perfect answer isn't it. especially when you use it to kill people."
3A) The scientific method is incapable of killing people. This system directly builds on knowledge and what people do with that knowledge is on them. This system also allows people to survive from conditions that 2000 years ago people died from. Religious prayer has never saved a single individual. The act of praying has no benifial effect towards surviving. People claim all the time that they prayed, and God cured their cancer all the while they are going to doctors taking medician. If you believe that all you need to do is pray then why bother going to a physician?
      4) "don't worry in a couple years your not going to be an atheist anymore. those years could be 10 away or 1 away but trust me in your lifetime your going to stop being an atheist."
4A) I don't mean to be disrespectful here, but I need to admit to laughing when I read this. I have heard these claims from all kinds of religious people, and all have one thing in common. None of them are true because God only exists in religious mythology. Here is a short list of failed predictions. There were of course 1000s more that didn't make my research because they could not be substantiated. However I think this list makes it clear that predicting the end of life on Earth is a strong indicator that you don't feel like your life has value and you look forward to the promise of a glorious afterlife. A lie nobody can ever return from to expose. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the year 1757: Emanuel Swedenborg Followed the Last Judgment in 1757, which took place in the spiritual world. This was one of many events recounted in his works resulting from visions of Jesus Christ returned. He tells of almost daily interaction with Christ over the course of almost 30 years. His return is not in the flesh but in His Holy Spirit. "Neither shall they say see here or see there, for behold, the kingdom of God is within you" (Luke 17:20).

1829 Sep 15 George Rapp Founder and leader of the Harmony Society, predicted that on September 15, 1829, the three and one-half years of the Sun Woman would end and Christ would begin his reign on earth. Dissension grew when Rapp's predictions went unfulfilled. In March 1832, a third of the group left, and some began following a man named Bernhard Müller who claimed to be the Lion of Judah. Nevertheless, most of the group stayed, and Rapp continued to lead them until he died on August 7, 1847. His last words to his followers were, "If I did not so fully believe, that the Lord has designated me to place our society before His presence in the land of Canaan, I would consider this my last."
1836 John Wesley Wesley, the founder of the Methodist Church, foresaw the Millennium beginning this year. He wrote that Revelation 12:14 referred to the years 1058-1836, "when Christ should come."
1840-1864 Jakob Lorber Austrian musician who wrote during 24 years a vast amount of works later called the New Revelation claimed to be received through an inner voice which belonged to Jesus Christ offered many detailed prophecies concerning the unfolding of the second coming, pointing to a time before the passing of 2000 years after the death of Christ on the cross.
1844 Oct 22 William Miller, Millerites The fact that this failed to happen the way people were expecting was later referred to as the Great Disappointment. Some Millerites continued to set dates; others founded the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Advent Christian Church, which continue to expect a soon Second Coming but no longer set dates for it. Baha'is claim that Miller's prediction of the year 1844 was in fact calculated correctly, and refers to the advent of the Báb.
1847 Aug 7 George Rapp, the founder of the Harmony Society, preached that Jesus would return in his lifetime, even as he lay dying on August 7, 1847.

Russell proclaimed Christ's invisible return in 1874, the resurrection of the saints in 1875, and predicted the end of the "harvest" and a rapture of the saints to heaven for 1878, and the final end of "the day of wrath" in 1914. 1874 was considered the end of 6,000 years of human history and the beginning of judgment by Christ.
1890 Wovoka The founder of the Ghost Dance movement predicted in 1889 that the Millennium would occur in 1890.
1891 Joseph Smith, Mormons In the History of the Church Volume 2, page 182, an eyewitnesses account of Joseph Smith's prophecy in 1835 is recorded as: "President Smith then stated that the meeting had been called, because God had commanded it; and it was made known to him by vision and by the Holy Spirit. He then gave a relation of some of the circumstances attending us while journeying to Zion--our trials, sufferings; and said God had not designed all this for nothing, but He had it in remembrance yet; and it was the will of God that those who went to zion, with a determination to lay down their lives, if necessary, should be ordained to the ministry, and go forth to prune the vineyard for the last time, or the coming of the Lord, which was nigh--even fifty-six years should wind up the scene." Though this was not a prediction from Joseph Smith, he stated, "I believe the coming of the Son of Man will not be any sooner than that time."
1901 Catholic Apostolic Church This church, founded in 1831, claimed that Jesus would return by the time the last of its 12 founding members died. The last member died in 1901.
1914 Jehovah's Witnesses The "Second Coming" is important in the doctrine of Jehovah's Witnesses, although they do not use this term. Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Christ's visible (to humans) return will be at Armageddon. They believe that 1914 marked the beginning of Christ's invisible presence (Matt. 24:3 gr. "parousia") as the King of God's Kingdom (Psalm 110; Revelation 12:10), and the beginning of the last days of the human ruled system of society. They believe the signs Christ revealed about his return in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 began to occur starting in 1914. In a parallel Biblical account at Revelation 6, they believe the ride of the symbolic four horsemen began in the same year, and that the first rider on the white horse depicts the Christ. He goes forth to complete his conquest of the earth, while the rule by human leaders continues for a short while until they meet their end at Armageddon by the power of the Christ (Revelation 19:11-21).

1930 to 1939 Rudolf Steiner Steiner described the physical incarnation of Christ as a unique event, but predicted that Christ would reappear in the etheric, or lowest spiritual, plane beginning in the 1930s. This would manifest in various ways: as a new spiritual approach to community life and between individuals; in more and more individuals discovering fully conscious access to the etheric plane (clairvoyance); and in Christ's appearance to groups of seekers gathered together.
1935, 1943 1972 & 1975 Herbert W. Armstrong, Pastor-General and self-proclaimed "Apostle" of the Radio Church of God, and then the Worldwide Church of God, felt the return of Jesus Christ might be in 1975. Of particular note was the book 1975 in Prophecy! written by Armstrong and published by the Radio Church of God in 1956. Though, never explicitly stating a date in the booklet, the title led people to believe the date was the second coming. It was actively preached in sermons in the 1960s by all of his ministers that his church would "flee" to Petra, Jordan in 1972 and Christ would return 3 1/2 years later.
After the failure to flee in 1972 (and a defection of his ministry) Armstrong was careful not to set specific dates but claimed that Christ would return before he died. He died January 1986.
Armstrong had previously predicted in a 1934 edition of "The Plain Truth" magazine that Christ would return in 1936. After that prediction failed in a 1940 edition of "The Plain Truth" magazine he stated "Christ will come after 3 1/2 years of tribulation in October 43. After those failed predictions and loss of members he moved his operation from Oregon to Pasadena, California.
After Armstrong's death in 1986 his Worldwide Church of God and the empire he created slowly disintegrated, abandoning his beliefs and philosophies and eventually the name. His three college campuses and the majority of his Pasadena headquarter properties were closed and sold. His successors changed the name to Grace Communion International in 2009.
1982 Jun 21 Benjamin Creme The followers of the New Age Theosophical guru Benjamin Creme, like Alice A. Bailey, believe the Second Coming will occur when Maitreya (the being Theosophists identify as being Christ) makes his presence on Earth publicly known-Crème believes Maitreya has been on Earth since 1977, living in secret.
Creme put advertisements in many of the world's major newspapers in early 1982 stating that the Second Coming would occur on Monday, 21 June 1982 (summer solstice in the northern hemisphere), at which time Christ (Maitreya) would announce his Second Coming on worldwide television (this is called the Emergence or Day of Declaration; this is when, Creme's followers believe, the Maitreya will telepathically overshadow all of the humanity when he appears on worldwide television) When this event did not occur, Crème claimed that the "world is not yet ready to receive Maitreya"; his followers continue to believe it will happen "soon".

Camping wrote "Adam when?" and claimed the Biblical calendar meshes with the secular and is accurate from 11,013 BC-2011 AD.
      2011 Sep 29 2012 May 27 2013 May 18
Ronald Weinland predicted Jesus would return on September 29, 2011. When his prediction failed to come true he moved the date of Jesus return to May 27, 2012. When that prediction failed he then moved the date to May 18, 2013 claiming that "a day with God is as a year" giving himself another year for his prophecy to take place. Weinland was convicted of tax evasion in 2012 and sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison.
2012 Jack Van Impe Televangelist who has, over the years, predicted many specific years and dates for the second coming of Jesus, but has continued to move his prediction later. Many of these dates have already passed, and he recently pointed to 2012 as a possible date for the second coming. Van Impe no longer claims to know the exact date of the Second Coming, but quotes verses which imply that mankind should know when the second coming is near.
2015 Sep 28 Mark Biltz Starting in 2008, Mark Biltz began teaching that Christ's return would correspond with the September 28, 2015 lunar eclipse. His idea, known as the Blood Moon Prophecy, attracted attention from well-known pastor John Hagee (who stopped short of claiming Christ would return on that precise date) and mainstream media such as USA Today.
