One suggestion to you lovely people- The signage outside and the brand nowhere suggest that you are selling fried chicken. So if I am a random passerby I wouldn’t know so easily that your shop is dealing in fast food.

@crispers foods. One suggestion if you are reading my comment. Instead of adding mayonnaise and onion on fish burger, try adding tartar sauce and dill pickle. This combination works good.

It's good that they are self taught chefs and businessman.... Beautiful, neat , hygienic outlet, that too in Old Delhi.....
Really impressed first time....
But ask them not to use mayonnaise... it's harmful... customise some mint dip....
Yahya sahab, as a good foodie, I think it's your duty to also talk about hygiene....
Except for Jawahar , no other eatery in Jama Masjid is hygienic.... compare them to Pakistani eateries of Karachi , you will feel the difference....They are using Steel utensils, all wear aprons and neat cloths, even a thela wala....But in Jama Masjid, it's just their name and luck that is running the outlets.....
Crispers though stand out.....
