ASMR Cooking: Slow Roasted Oven Baked Chicken Thighs

  • 6 Chicken thighs cut into half
    Salt
    Pepper
    Paprika
    Cumin
    Turmeric
    Garlic powder
    3 table spoon silan sauce
    2 tbsp Bbq
    2 tbsp Teriyaki
    2 tbsp Mustard
    1/2 cup Oil
    1/2 cup water
    1. Take a bowl and pour oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, silan sauce, mustard, bbq, teriyaki sauce and water and mix everything very well
    2. Cut the chicken if it has extra skin on the sides
    3. Place the chicken on a board, salt it and rub in the salt one by one
    4. Dip each chicken into the sauce one by one and place into the foil
    5. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken once in the foil
    6. Cover the chicken with parchment and foil and cook for 2 hours closed on 375 degrees
    7. Once cooked for 2 hours flip the chicken to the other side and cook for 20 mins opened
    8. Once cooked for 20 mins flip it over again and broil it for 5 mins
    9. Serve and enjoy
