Hey, I'm and overseas Pakistani thete is a problem with this app. I couldn't get it set up in Pakistan as the staff were very uneducated and had no knowledge of how to help customers get it going. Another thing is the when you come back to the UK you can't get text alerts or anything and log in. You should allow people to log in using email or UK phone number. Thanks
Exactly. I am facing the same problem. Can't get OTP on my email account as I am out of Pakistan and need to do urgent transaction. Have been in touch with their Contact Center but looks like dummies are sitting there, every time a new person, after repeating my same story they will just give patent replies instead of genuinely understanding and solving the problem of bank account holder. I also did contact the Branch Manager at his Whatsapp but he acts as he is too busy in meetings all the time. He promises that he will conact but never does that. Very pathetic employees, contact center and whole management. I will advise all to think multiple times before opening an account in Bank Islami Karachi

Please be kind, Bank islami is doing his best to facilitate it's customers. Some times due to heavy traffic on networks or by not updating your app can cause a problem. In case of queries, please visit your nearest BANK ISLAMI BRANCH.

Your application is not working corectly pls fix it the issue..when yiu sign up the account in first time recaptcha code says invalid I try many times to do sign up however is not working ..fix your stupid app for god sake!!!!!

There's no way to set this app up from abroad. This is the problem which overseas Pakistanis face with this bank.
