If anything to make Rose accessible to Cacs we could borrow some of Chronoa's (Supreme *kai* of time) ki and mix it with our own to achieve it since she is a KAI and would more than likely be willing to help us do our job as time patrollers! I know what you guys are thinking *What about old kai?* he himself is a literal fusion so it would be harder to borrow ki from him since it is mixed with a witch.

Its funny you know? if i recall Ultimate tenkaichi also had various cac movesets. Body types however there is no excuse for it when you see the diversity in dragonball as a franchise just laziness.

They are all transformations in way of jujutsu
The Lightning jutsu one is called Voltage Blue. The Ice one is called Absolute Blue (like Absolute Zero).
