Just to throw this quick tip in. If you get your tag on tempo and re-export it with the "Save tempo information" option on it will automatically stretch to the BPM of project you have open.
I recommend adding your fx in post and not on the tag itself, this way you can adjust/remove for example the delay which will make it fit on more beats
