I think it's possible you left behind the lid to the leather bottle chiller ? The one item made for Bonwit Teller in Italy ? It was on the table with the large red vase you held up but didn't buy .

Oh I know what it's like to look for years for something. My (now)husband bought an oil lamp and a matching lamp base when we were dating. We have been married 31 yes ago today. Last year we finally found the matching lamp shade like the original lamp and completed our matched set of functioning lamps. A month ago 2 of the cats went crazy and knocked one of the lamps in the floor and smashed the shade it took 30 yrs to find. Oh well.

I never heard of glassy baby (yep I live under a rock), it is amazing to me what people value like those ugly to me plates (lol), I think the best thing from this haul was the retro cute fall face thing or the noisy bell thing, and the sinister bunny is something I would have picked up to resell
