Definitely the interior is superb but the only thing missing is the brightness. It seems very dark all around as if without lights it will be very dark even at day time. For hotels it's perfect but for home it should be bright for positivity
It's because the walls are dark in colour. They don't reflect light. Hence evrything seems dark nd rooms also seem smaller. It's always better to get walls light coloured....

Design and attention to detail are superb BUT from my personal perspective it looks more like a studio or hotel rather than a HOME it lacks the warmth, openness, relaxing comfort and homeliness vibes.
I hope you do but don't expect that you can get this by doing job no matter how good your job is, you need to get into business/entrepreneurship and stuff

Design point of view, When the architect designed this building, he was inspired more by a mix of hotels and offices. Lots of elements are missing in comparison to home. when you enter the home, you should feel the homeliness. that is missing according to me. Rest design is good, not excellent.

Awesome i think everyone will love this. My personal view - what i miss these days is a large garden where i can keep myself with nature and will love to work in garden alongwith my work. And yes major part is that every room gets sunlight .
Undoubtedly the house is excellently built. But keeping in mind the plot size, built up area and the locality, which is not proper Chandigarh, the price of the house is on the higher side. I believe the cost of construction per sq.ft. for this type of construction should not be more than Rs 3000-3500 per sq ft. and add the land value. Rs. 10.5 crores is quite high.

In US and Canada it is very common for every middle class person to have such House with great civic amenities and wide roads as well as green lawns but in india it is a privilege to have such a amazing independent villa.
Green lawn kahan Hai …concrete prison hai. The design doesn’t have any sunlight coming in the house. As per my understanding of the design based on video there is no ventilation, no greenery etc. View is also a concrete jungle.

Any outsider can be easily duped here in village Mullanpur, Punjab which is renamed as New Chandigarh by Sukhbir Badal to give a flip to properly sales
