!!!! i don't think i can fully describe how amazing this is. the timing of each shot and how it tells sora and riku's story so seamlessly over the years, all packed with some pretty stellar symbolism and visual nods is just!! ah!!!! the segment with the chess pieces especially had me going through it frame by frame because i loved how it told so much with so little. and the nods to the people around sora- ven and kairi and xion and roxas... and vanitas (my son! so many people forget him so i was delighted to see it)!! the desperate sadness you can feel from riku through the whole video, the reverence and the hurt (GOD that fuzzy bit with sora and the crown- as he's physically weighed down by it, by the pressure put upon him- ITS SO GOOD AND IT MADE ME FEEL MANY THINGS). the way Riku is shown in the city and tries desperately to reach out and stay while he's forced out of the dream is such a great visualisation of it. MAN I COULD GO ON ALL DAY ABOUT EACH INDIVIDUAL SHOT PROBABLY. the ending where the beginning shots are more detailed and have more colour and depth is SUCH a good leadup to the final shot of the light from the door opening ;-; this is phenomenal work omg

Ahhh I ended up crying! This was so beautiful, thank you! Even though it was really painful it describes really well what’s going on in Riku’s mind, how he’s living through all of that. The art style is also really really r e a l l y pretty! Happy they got to hug at the end :)
This is Amazing. I was stopping every frame to take in the details! It is so obvious that you put a lot of work into this project! There is so much going on in the story and so much build up to Sora and Riku completing and complementing eachother. I really loved this, good job!!
