    So Lovely. I've heard that Barcelona is one of those places that is seeing too many tourists but I think I'll have to visit anyway. The buildings and tree lined sidewalks are so beautiful. And I'm guessing the food is fantastic as well. -Henry

      France invaded Catalonia in 1800 a few times. It is not that strange. The problem is Catalonia has her own identity, different from Spain or France, so being France a jacobine country, make imposible the cohabitation of the 2 national identities.

      @@ferranmateo4803 there is no a spanish identity. Every autonomus comunity has its own identity, some their own language and culture, and the mix of all this cultures makes Spain special.
      Catalonia is not the only unique case, every region in Spain is different -.-

    It's interesting to see the differences in how different nationalities dress. For instance, Americans and Germans tend to be more shabbily dress and it's easy to pick them out in a crowd!
