Yeah. What I was thinking. I really didn’t expect him to have the range of motion in his shoulders and his back. He pretty much just nailed down everything they taught him with a few goes.
I think it really helps that he’s not overly muscular to the point that it effects his mobility He’s got quite a bit of weight compared to most gymnasts, so it was surprising to see his jumping so high (even with spring floor weight can hold you back a little bit). He’s also quick to learn the motions he needs to take to get a back tuck done, and not a big mental block. I’m sure they trained more than 16 minutes but a lot of young gymnasts will take a bit to be able to land of their feet doing a back tuck, even *kinda* executing a pike back. This was impressive, I wasn’t expecting it go that well tbh. I would have enjoyed seeing him try back handsprings, maybe even front handsprings, aerials (his cartwheel was pretty nice). Maybe hes in the wrong profession. Didn’t start young but could totally train recreationally!
Ryan Terry is doing impressively great with a very modest behavior. He seems to be a great guy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Not being too tall is definitely a huge advantage for gymnastics.
Its impressive to see Ryan doing this for the first time, but as an athlete, seeing his body can perform those movements so well. And like Nile said, What is in those arms? he lifted himself from the ground like nothing.
I love this guy!! He's so sweet and his backflip was so incredible. Also his splits were pretty impressive for someone who doesn't stretch, I'd say much more than a 6/10!!!
If I find someone as fun and supportive as Nile I would exercise every f day, all day having fun. But seen the videos really inspires you to keep moving and improving :)
This just shows what level of an athlete he is. I don’t even know this Ryan Terry lad, literally first time I’ve heard of him, but the way his body responds and adapts to what he’s asking of it, despite the kind of physical training he’s used to and despite the size of his body, is unbelievable. A true athlete.
Love the friendship you guys all show, the fun and yet the skills and professionalism too is amazing. Ryan seems likehe fits right into your friend group as another lad
I love the aids/method you have to be able to help boost the confidence to do someting new. You made it like anyone could give it a go. very encouraging. thanks.
Ryan is The Man! I can't believe he has that much flexibility. I hope you bring him back - he was fun to watch with the 3Ms (Three Muskateers)! You guys have great chemistry!!
Great video, not sure if Ellis is trying new colour grading ideas or the second shooter picture profile isn’t as easy to work with but needs a little work 👍🏼 sure there was a small snippet of log footage in there too! Nice work though boys he was a big lad!
@NileWilson, you should try doing some climbing/bouldering. My self im a former gymnast and i just fell in love with climbing because its kinda simulair in some of the strong movements. Anyways would love to see you do some of it in your Vlogs
Ok Nile....... Paused the video in the first 3 seconds cause I just have to tell you........I AM SO HAPPY YOU HAVE THE SONG BACK!!!!!! I so needed to hear that tonight! 😘 Ok now back to the video🥰
My english level is not quite good to catch every phrase, but Nile reminds me of Harry Potter movies in original English and as a huge HP fan i BLOODY LOVE this accent
I love ur videos bro, u and ur guys give me always a positive vibe very contagious i always want to try gimnastics since i was a child, in México its hard to find where to learn this discipline now im adult if i find a place and if i have a chance to do it i will. Thanks and keep it up bro u are amazing!!!
Holy shit, he was really doing a straight or a pike back hahahahahah I think he's one of the few that didn't have the problem of underrotating and stopping his momentum mid air, huh? It seems like not having the "grab your shins" cue helps people stay open and just bring their knees in instead of crunching down to ball up, which then makes them not turn. His performance here was definitely above average, idk if it was better than Matt's though, that guy has very bouncy legs and he did compete in a sport before, which probably helps him to listen and take in advice on form and movement. Super interesting!
The excitement that ensued when he land that backflip, was adorably hilarious 😆
This guy is hella impressive for his size. Mobility everything
You can say it. He's the full package.
@@7ab3tha 🤣🤣
You should see Clarence Kennedy, is massive has a good physique, is one of the strongest people in the world and is insanely athletic and mobile.
Yeah. What I was thinking. I really didn’t expect him to have the range of motion in his shoulders and his back. He pretty much just nailed down everything they taught him with a few goes.

"I only won a bronze at the Olympics" Nile this is an incredible feat that you earned. You worked very hard for this so don't play it down!
It was sarcasm. Could you not tell by his tone of voice and ever so slight eye roll...
Are you British? Random question 🤔
@@hazelcolemanvg I am not, I just think he should be proud of himself 😅☺
@@hazelcolemanvg I realize it was sarcasm, im not dumb. He has talked about how he had trouble being satisfied by a bronze in the past.
@@hazelcolemanvg or by the tattoo on his back maybe? that's not exactly downplaying anything :D
i love how everyone is so encouraging and excited when someone does something good.
Surely that is one of the best backflips from a celeb so far on the channel? Mad props! 💪
man, I wish I had that kind of friends who support you and celebrate your triumphs with that emotion, especially in the sport that I love
What is that?
@@irenedavo3768 Calisthenics
The moment and reaction when he landed the back flip was so genuine! I love it 🥺😍
Genuinely so impressed! Looking at him, I wouldn't have expected that amount of mobility and flexibility
I love how supportive they are to him. So forgiving when he makes a mistake and so encouraging when he does something well.
Ryan Terry is doing impressively great with a very modest behavior. He seems to be a great guy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Not being too tall is definitely a huge advantage for gymnastics.
May controversially throw it out there that this was the most impressive backflip on this channel 😅
Idk man Eddie Hall was pretty nuts especially for how massive he is.
Yeah but how has the bigger legs you or him! LOL
nope that belongs to lucy davis
Ashley seems to be very good at coaching
Ashley seems to be good at everything!!! 😄😄

This was so good, he did great! You guys should do a part 2 & teach him more stuff.🤙
The absolute tackle into the foam pit when he properly landed. I love it.
The editor has done a really great job. I appreciate it
I love how all the team are so supportive of each other.
That is one beautiful man.
Ryan Terry is OK too I guess.

I loved the pile-on joy when Ryan did a perfect back flip!
HE WAS DOING GREAT!!!!WE WANT PART 2
Its impressive to see Ryan doing this for the first time, but as an athlete, seeing his body can perform those movements so well. And like Nile said, What is in those arms? he lifted himself from the ground like nothing.

Wow his skills are impressive. Backward roll to handstand nailed straight away and his back somersault was so good!
Your positivity and encouragement while having a great time is just so inspiring.
that moment when ryan realizes he was meant to be a gymnast
watching all these celebs do gymnastics with Nile makes me want to give it a go .. the hype his team gives is everything !!
That landing & everybody's reaction afterwards were so wholesome! ❤️
I love how instructive and helpful these guys are
If I find someone as fun and supportive as Nile I would exercise every f day, all day having fun. But seen the videos really inspires you to keep moving and improving :)
When he landed the back tuck, and they all tackled him into the foam pit, I just replayed that like 8 times just cuz it's so cute🤣🤣
Genuinely, can we get a part 2 on this please!! Sick video
a very nice positive video everybody is working together so well and you all seem so fun but becoming more professional. congratulations!

Ryan is such an impressive guy. His mobility is on point!
Love Ryan. Just a humble guy considering his success as a Pro. And I just never had any doubt he would do well with these challenges.
I see the diet is working for Ash 😉 looking as handsome as ever. Great to see the musketeers together again, and Ellis! Love Ellis 😅 love you all
Damn. He done good. Ash should teach him to fly.
Ryan terry isn’t even using his arms to do the flip. That’s freaking impressive
Ryan is very likeable guy. I met him years ago at FIBO in Germany.
i wish we all had such amazing supportive group of friends like nile and the gang 15:21
That dude knows his body - far more impressive than 99% of muscle men
The complete support they have for eachother is delightful! It's not often I see men being sooo supportive to eachother its just really nice to see :)

It was great seeing Ellis in the video too!
I need one of those shoulder stretching contraptions at my house. I could feel my back popping with envy. 🤣🤣
Wow, he was just beautiful to watch. What amazing skill for his first tine.
You all have some magic clothes. They changed colour so many times I'm wondering which colour they actually are
So much encouragement was energized just watching, awe fun!

Not your typical large dude. He probably does calisthenics and cardio alongside weights. Good effort!!

Luke at 13:52 is just pure elegance. Also: it's so very wholesome to see everyone helping out Ryan slowly and respectfully. ^_^
Those who appeared in this video are so so so energetic. Love to see this energy!! 😍
Ryan when you coming back for a double???? 👀🤪
I absolutely love the bundled, cheeky british energy in this vid!
I really would love someone to teach me how to flip like this. Until I watched this I didn’t even think it was possible.
Find a local skatepark, parkour, or ninja warrior place. Most of them have foam pits.
I love the constant am I better than Matt I think we need a Ryan Vs Matt Video
So good to see the musketeers together ❤

"Nile has better abs than Ryan lol"
Excellent man all around
Ryan is really impressive. A lot of muscular guys are seriously lacking flexibility and mobility. But he was doing an amazing job.
Ryan Terry is crazy with all this for what he does! Damn!
gotta bring eddie hall back, his body is so different now I wanna what he's capable of!
yo, this guy is insane! Thats definitely the biggest dude I've seen backflip XD
