Millennium M Sets on The T9 + Rhodes Trainspotting
This video shows T9 Northern and Central Coast & Newcastle Line trains at Rhodes station on a Friday night.
Due to late night trackwork between Lidcombe and Strathfield, the all-stations Inner West Line services were terminating at Rhodes. This result in the appearance of a few M Sets as a rare sighting for the T9 Line.

M sets on the T9 it a rare sight
I remember going on this
Why don’t they upgrade the switching just the trains to terminate at Strathfield at Platform 7 and 8 during that weekend trackwork between Strathfield and Lidcombe?
Allawah
Note:
I was going to do some train spotting At Allawah after Work on Tuesday & film it for my UA-cam channel but it's going to be 31 degree's and the possibility of a thunderstorm so unfortunately I'll have to leave it for this time round which I'm disappointed with it's definitely not worth risking it
Arncliffe
Note:
I was going to do some Train Spotting at Arncliffe After Work & film it for my UA-cam channel on Wednesday but it's going to be 32 degree's with a chance of A Thunderstorm so will have to leave Arncliffe for this time round which I'm disappointed with it's just not worth the risk
Artarmon
Note:
I was going to head out to Artarmon on the T9 Northern Line on Thursday afternoon and do some train spotting and film it for my UA-cam channel but there's going to be increasing showers
Which I'm disappointed about it's just not worth any risk
Ashfield
I was going to go to Ashfield and do some train spotting on Friday afternoon & Film it for my UA-cam channel but it's going to be raining and it's not worth the risk which I'm disappointed with
Asquith
Note:
I was going to go to Asquith and do some train Spotting next Sunday and film it for my UA-cam channel but unfortunately there's trackwork and I'm not able to which I'm disappointed with

Yoooo what m sets in the t9
T2 trackwork between Strathfield and Lidcombe meant Leppington trains went only to Olympic Park, and all stations Homebush services became all stations to Rhodes - from the City Circle. This was the same week in which T1 trains went via the Bankstown line, and T4 trains went to North Sydney.
@@SydneyTrainspotter I know
@@SydneyTrainspotter but isn’t this weekend train cause I took a train on a Saturday to Wynyard and I never saw m sets only t sets and Waratahs
@@TrainsforSydney this was filmed on the Friday night before the insanely packed track work weekend.
So the track work was already ongoing, (from 10:30 pm?), and it was weekday M sets that were closing up their rosters. The weekend however only had A, B and T sets servicing the T8 to the City Circle, and those trains went onto the T9 to Rhodes services.
@@SydneyTrainspotter thanks mate
