Hi everyone! Let me know what you think about RBD Lab in the Comments Below!
Thank you! I've been trying to find any mention of RBD being used to break glass, but I can't find it. Do you think it could be used for a scene of breaking a glass window?
If not, do you have a recommendation of the best way to do it?
Thanks!
Nice video but I dont even know how to install it
😆
hey Justin thanks for the great introduction. i just wanted to tell you, that instead of keeping the wall together by glueing it, you can also tick "Deactivation" and " start Deactivated" under the physics tab under "dynamics". that way, the simulation only gets activated when something is interacting with the Rigid body. Thank you for your great tutorials!
Nice! I'm gonna have to play with this a bit
Thanks man, it helped me a lot! 🙏
Glad it helped!
I did a video about it few months ago , it is amazing addon
Great video bro 😁
I watched it! Great stuff! Having a lot of fun with this add-on! :)
Thanks Justin, you explained it better than the addon creator's video. :D
Glad it helped!
This addon is freaking nightmare.
I have buy it... :) To coollll!!!
thank you for the video....Using M1 Mac my smoke particles/domain are "shaking" like breathing effect. anyone familiar /saw that?
how to add a texture inside the wall?
Thank you ) So I purchased this addon. It seems that one cant really change the material of the chunk pieces so that they wold fit the original destroyed obect's material. Or am I doing it wrong?
anytime i add the ground plane my object just explodes instead of just falls like in the video. If I don't add the ground plane in the add on and add one normally, it works. Any idea on how to fix this? thanks
Sounds like something inside your model needs the scale applied. Most likely you've scaled something up or down and haven't applied the scale to the object, so Blender/RBD is reading the size wrong
Any one know how to change the inner material?
I need suggestion/help.
Your blender beginner's tutorial is amazing.
I have little knowledge about blender . I want to make 3d mock up and product advertising things.but I don't know which thing I need to learn in blender as blender have a lot of options. Like following
Modeling , editing, modifier, typology, texturing , lighting ,camera, material, uvunwrap, shading, animation, compositing, sculpting, anatomy, rigging, photorealism, stimulation and phisyscs
Which things I need to focus on ?
Your advise
Well I'd focus on the things that would be the most helpful for whatever you're trying to do. Pick one thing and learn how to do that, then move on to the next thing
how to follow you on social media?insta?
And, can you make some new channel : Vlog video with your pet dog???
Looks like those stone fractals have no UV information, just a flat/unrealistic surface
You can apply materials to them
@@TheCGEssentials Thank you for the info and this entire explanation video
When I see your movie i always repeat ,,hu what's up guys,,)
Lol - Perfect!
with this Blender still has a worse fracture system.
Worse than what?
what does this mean?
thanks for the overpriced addons!
Feel free to do it all manually - no one's making you buy anything
this is laughable. blender is free. when I started in this industry you HAD to use a 50 grand SGI computer and seats of power animator were 20 grand. people these days have lost their frame of reference.
