Thanks for putting up the audiobook on the internet. I had never heard of this book before or ever read it, but already I'm intrigued. And the narrator also sounds fantastic.
@@tonyaughney8945 I'll look it up, I hadn't heard of it. I appreciate stories like this that give us an insight to a point of view we would otherwise ignore. Thanks!
This is one of those books I've bought a few times and lost a few times. Either lost it during field training in the Army or loaned it out and not get it back. Its like Team Yankee with Ivans. Thanks for posting.
If you cannot handle sounds of breathing, then you cannot handle the power of this book. You may need to check into a clinic for exhaustion and shell shocked. You will be stripped of your rank and dismissed from the Soviet Army
best WWIII/Cold War gone hot novel bar none.

Interesting to hear a story from the Soviet point point of view.
Knowing who Ralph Peters was before reading this book, the ending legitimately shocked me.
The narrator is really good.
david ogden steirs, outstanding
This is a wildly edited and super-short version.
Awesome.
29:15 men at the edge of war , as frightened as their cave man ancestors before battle...
