To me, the process and attitude are more important than the results because the result is just an outcome if you do the process. I never doubted VIRAT ability, but at the same time, his anger says about how fragile he is as a human, I will leave it at that.

Then try to play some games and check where the biggest improvement potential is, repeat that topic. Rinse and repeat. Also doing tactics exercise is very beneficial, it is the not so secret anymore sauce. You can train tactics conveniently on lichess. Also you must learn to work with engines, they will be your best teachers. You will find your own path to mastery. Nevertheless i believe that without getting familiar with good literature and chess engines, you will never make it.
