BRUH I WAS FASCINATED BY THE SONG TOO AND I DIDN’T EVEN HEAR ABOUT IT WHEN I WAS ONE BUT NOW THAT I HAVE I WANT NOTHING FOR THIS YEARS CHRISTMAS THAN TO BRING THIS SHOW BACK 😢😢😢😢😢
These fundings might have been common on library videocassettes, but are now as rare as one can get without being extinct. Pretty soon, no one will believe these fundings ever existed. It's a real shame.
That Kellogg's Rice Krispies funding credit during the beginning and the end of Reading Rainbow has bring me back a lot early Elementary school memories. I'm an 1990s baby by the way.
@@mamatemari6061 I saw some old shows too in my childhood like this show which is extremely lucky for us 🤠 But I feel pain for other kids who can’t grow up and get remember this 😢
Scorbunny: Everybody loves to read books because I sometimes read a good book (Thanks to Levar Burton). Please hope that comes back with the latest books in a reboot.
For those of you Texans who are watching, Reading Rainbow did not air on KERA 13, North Texas’ primary PBS station, but rather aired on KDTN 2, its former secondary PBS station. Reading Rainbow aired on KDTN 2 from I think 1988-2004. 2004 is when Reading Rainbow officially started airing on KERA 13.
DellFan Productions, Thanks for uploading the video i've been waiting for. And I hope you have a good future making videos for fans & subscribers alike.
Reading Rainbow, Barney and Friends, Kratt’s Creatures, Zoom, The Puzzle Place as well as Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego and Where In Time Is Carmen Sandiego and Bill Nye The Science Guy were shows that I loved watching.

Bruh I agree with you to the extreme I didn’t even get to watch one episode of this mystical, jazzy, groovy, nostalgic, eutopia like, joyful, amazing show and I want nothing more for this Christmas year than for them to bring this boy back to it’s golden ages where it belongs
Hey! @DellFanProductions Yall forgot one! It's the funding from 1999, featuring RCN: ua-cam.com/video/EtYvk9CUVH8/v-deo.html In addition, here's the rare theme song for that same year in HD: ua-cam.com/video/MwEsyhSzHAw/v-deo.html Why is it rare? It's the only version with LeVar Burton himself singing on the track. What's even more rare, is the instrumental version of the same song linked above.
So, this is what the voice actors for the Peanuts specials did on their time off. Whatever happened to B. Dalton, anyway? Or "Dayton Hudson", for that matter...Target definitely still exists, but I don't know about the other three stores. For the record, there are some variants you missed: *I seem to remember some Season 6-11 episodes where the GPN logo would appear over the WNED logo. *The "Seasons 11-12" version originally had the WNED/GPN logo and the bylineless CPB logo. Don't know when it changed.

Reading Rainbow is one of those shows they should've kept running, this generation needs a good quality show that encourages reading
I agree with you
I remember watching Reading Rainbow from when I was a kid. I was always fascinated by the theme song.

well thank god we have this video
You saying that soon no one will believe these even existed reminded me of Rango.
Yea, a lot of the last few ones I've never seen before
That Kellogg's funding credit takes me back.
They have the Kellogg's sponsor for Dragon Tales.
I love the WNED ident and the classic CPB logo with the big circle and left-justified text.
Much even better than Between the Lions without "Viewers Like You" and "Thank You".
I thought "Reading Rainbow" was the better show than "Between the Lions"!
Both literacy shows are nice. (I love to read.)
We also can’t forget to mention The Electric Company. That’s another literacy show on PBS.

These kids' voices remind me of Peanuts cartoons.
