Yo yaz, if you two-hand your left hand it speeds up things like pickup animations and fog gates cause your character normally puts away their weapon before doing something and then pulls it back out. Keep it up fam, Drakeblood is my favorite weapon in the whole series and been waiting for this ever since the poll.
Man, I love watching your videos. I personally couldn't get into DS2 because it's a skill issue at the end of the day, but I enjoy seeing how you go through each run and seeing how much damage you deal and how you go through each run. Also Bugsy is so iconic in the runs

6:38 According to my good sources this is actually the opposite. Not only you take less fall damage if you fall on the right side (looking from the cat's house), the absolute lowest damage you can take is if you roll off the right side. It saved my homie from having to get the blue seal in hitless
Lool I just have the same formula that I use on all my characters once you find one way to get a good lookin character you just apply it to everyone and you're good haha
I normally dont try every build i saw on yt but i tried this one and conclusion is pretty good on a ng+3 save. I suggest you power stance this weapon one with lightning and the other one with magic ,once you hit 60 dex and 40-40 on int faith you literally obliterate everything.

Crown of the Iron King - Occasionally refills spell usage every 2 minutes. Crown of the Ivory King - Slowly replenishes health. If you go to Vendrick (after Velstadt) with all the four crowns, he will bless all of them, the blessing is that you never turn hollow again, doesn't matter how many times you die, the blessing "cures" the hollowing.
My favorite weapon hands down, tied with Throne Watcher's sword. It's great with Crystal Magic Weapon or Sunlight Blade, since buffs in this game give a 20% damage bonus to damage of the same element as the buff. Only loses to its DS3 version, where you can give faith scaling to the physical damage together with the lighting.
This baby can do up to four elemental damages, both magic and lighting without infusion, a third one with the infusion and even a fourth one if you buff it with a different element
Poison Arrows on the double Giant fight... yeah I totally did that on my first playthrough, even though I was a Hexer with no Dex/Str... well I used Poison Knives instead, but same concept.
Drake blood was always my favorite I would pair it with majestic in the left hand and make some interesting unpredictable combos ds2 was my favorite of the souls series

I really enjoy the dex GSs in this game. I think I prefer curved greatswords overall but Lucatiel's GS is a personal favorite because I enjoy the lore
