I found two 2019 "war in the Pacific" minted at West Point ("w") quarters in a bank issued as yet uncirculated roll...since they are going currently for $26 I thought I'd hang onto them...what boggled my mind was that the same quarter minted in Denver ("d") was listed as a $1 a piece...the whole rest of my roll were "d" quarters for "war in the Pacific" 2019...are people really paying a buck a piece for a coin with more than a billion minted that you can get a roll of by just dropping by your bank for face value?
Hi there sir I really loved watching your video it really helps a lot especially for those aspiring coin collectors.. Keep it up. If I have those coins that you're mentioning I'll let you know..Again thank you and more power..
As with any "collectable" value is based on the decision of the greatest fool. A quarter, no matter what condition, age or rarity is worth twenty five cents unless you find a "fool" that thinks otherwise. The greatest fool sets the highest value.
Good video. The coin that gets me, is the 1899 P Morgan. I recently added a ms 64 to my collection. Why is so little respect given towards that date? Considering it's low mintage.
who told you that 1899 P has no respect? all morgans are respected, even the high mintages. I have a 1883 S that is higher mintage (13 million) and in average shape its around 32 bucks.
How many 1899 Morgans grade ms64 today, not how many were minted? If all but one of a certain mintage were melted down, that one survivor would be worth a fortune, capisce?

Love your videos - Thanks for posting -
Peace dollars will be highly sought after in the future.
Why is this?
Any coin is worth only what someone else is willing to exchange for it. That doesn't just apply to coins, but to everything.
