The rare/med rare issues is why I often order med steak unless I'm at a 5 star restaurant. Chefs often can't admit they don't know how to get it right and I can't do the texture of rare steak.

(One tech suggestion from an old audio guy - buy the wireless mic for your DJI camera and use it in those noisy places so we can hear what you’re saying.)

Filet mignon is my favorite cut, and medium rare is how I get other cuts of meat. But for filet mignon, you end up with seriously raw meat in the middle at medium rare....which I don't like. These filets were so raw.
We finally tried Le Cellier and it was amazing , had the best meal and service . Can’t wait to try these others!!! Looks so good !!! Merry Christmas!! 🎁🎄

Molly, love 💕 your videos! We haven’t been able to snag a res at Steakhouse 71 yet. Le Cellier we had a great meal but the close seating is a turnoff for us. We haven’t been there since CoVid so perhaps the tables are a bit more spaced. We enjoy Yachtsman but we feel the sides and desserts are better elsewhere. Shula’s is our favorite. Love everything about the place and we usually eat there twice during each visit.
From a value perspective, you cannot beat Steakhouse 71. The steaks are delicious and nearly half the price of some of the signature restaurants. We ate there as well as Tiffins on our last trip. We had fillets and NY strips at Steakhouse 71 and veal and fillets at Tiffins. While the cuts of meat were better at Tiffins (not that Steakhouse 71's were bad by any means!), we actually enjoyed our food at Steakhouse 71 just as much if not better for significantly less money. The service was better as well.
I had an amazing good steak at the Boathouse in Disney Springs. Not a steakhouse, but I was in a real red meat mood when I went with my friend who was craving seafood. Not quite the quality of a Yachtsman or Schulas or Le Cellier but it was delicious, not too expensive and hit the spot. I am definitely going to Steakhouse 71 next time I am in Orlando.
for some reason lately, most restaurants cook steaks ordered medium rare, more on the rare side. you have to order your steak cooked medium to get a steak medium rare.
We loved Steakhouse 71 when we were there in October, I was our best meal while were there. We did the sauce flight with dinner - we don’t usually do sauce, a really great steak should be able go stand on its own IMO. Our server recommended it, very highly, so we gave it a go. C’mon it took that steak experience to a whole other level, wow!! We have been doing intermittent fasting for the past few years and found especially during our WDW vacation we did not get to try as many things that were on our list of must haves, thanks to All Ears and Molly, the list was long, and we were there for 10 days. We are planning our next trip for February, and I just think Yachtsman on our list 🤷🏼♀️ so much food so little time 🤣
I’ve only been to Le Cellier ( I was born in Canada and my mom was Miss Canada 1955, so I’m kinda partial 😊) and loved my steak there ! To be fair , I haven’t been to the other steakhouses , yet , but Le Cellier is not to be lnisssd !!
The best steak I have ever had (like actually ever) was at Be Our Guest. I’ve only found one other steak (on vacation in Mexico) that came close to it.

I love steak so this video was fun. Except watching you eat it medium rare. I know that's supposed to be the perfect temperature for taste and texture....but.....it's just a little too 'fresh off the cow' for me. That being said, I've got my eye on a place or two to try next time in WWD.

Bull & Bear has the best steak and is the best restaurant on property (yes, it is technically on property).
