Sir in amalgamation they had told that new company has total 40,000 shares so they distribute 22k & 5k , but the remaining 13k will be held in the balance sheet & sell to general public
@someone-bb6rv No , there were total 40k shares of new company , 22k were allotted to old as equity, 5k were allotted as a pref shares , remaining (40-27= 13 will be given to outsider company , ie.( 5k for pref & 8k for equity )
That is authorised capital so it will be shown in notes to accounts
