Not cherrypicking highlights and leaving out junk finds, not skipping parts that show reconfiguration of the machine as a "What would happen if?". Shows the true reality of hunting with no smoke & mirrors
Has you are one of the only u tubers to actually answer your followers, can I ask would you recommend the 9 inch coil or 12 on the new Deus ll, thanks.
The Deus 2 seems to be the number 1 choice in the U.S.A so far regarding machine gun iron , however in Europe the iron is different and the deus 2 is acquiring a name for calling deep iron a good target , as one prominent tester said " would I take it into a roman iron infested site , probably not " different horses for different courses I guess .
All detectors will false on deep iron. Just gotta put a lot of hours in to recognize that deep iron tone. I would be more worried about a higher conductor target giving iron tones!!
I enjoy your videos, trying to learn what I can from you so when I finally get mine I’m not totally lost. Could you please demonstrate how to pin point with deus2 please
The Simplex does not like this park's soil for some reason. The iron content just makes the Simplex go crazy. I have beat this spot up in this park for almost 30 years. My soil is extremely hot this time of the year. MXT All Pro performs very well in this spot too!!
I myself think your videos show what real digging is like with a new machine. My D2 is in the way and your videos are like a supplement to the manual while I wait for it to arrive. I rather watch real than a bunch of fluff.
Jeremy,,,, loving your total enthusiasm using the DEUS II, can’t wait for mine to arrive here in the UK,, Full tones I adore,,, don’t forget perhaps to enable the equaliser,, lower on the lowest tones, and raising the highest tones maybe of benefit?,,, keep up your good work,,, Kindest regards,,,, Dave.
1.Waterproof to 66ft deep 2. Bone conduction headphones 3. Can penetrate hot mineralized soils(soil subtraction). AMAZING!! 4. Square tones options with added equalizer 5. Speaker on remote is very very loud and buttons are easy to push. 6. ALL THIS LESS THAN 2lb MACHINE. And of course save the best for last.....5 YEAR WARRANTY!!
@@goldsmith001 Semi-related, but when I was making a modified weatherproof case for a GoPro Hero 7 (Black), by having it connect to a small external USB battery, used one of those rubber grommets small enough that it can fit inside the slot and snugly fit the USB-C cable. Used some silicone lubricant spray and applied a thin coating on the USB-C jack and the grommet, and I'm able to connect and disconnect smooth and easily without problem. Works real great when dealing with dry rubber.
Those rubber washers are there for a reason. Rubber washers make it so you do not wear the coil ears out and not break coil screws by overtightening them. I rub chapstick on them or silicone grease
Jeremy; you've only had the D2 less than a week and I already have a "overload" . No doubt it's a fine detector BUT your interest in detecting and mine are miles apart. All I've seen so far is that you are more proficient at digging more foil and nails than you did with the D1. Guaranteed my Nox will hit on those as well. I'm going to leave your site for a month or so until you get over the "new" on the D2.
@@jasondunn6223 I'm leaning that direction too.......By the reports I've heard & seen thus far, it's looking like it's going to end up the real true all-terrain (supreme) machine......The construction alone is another reason.
100% True Detecting Channel..... not hammered coins every hole... this is true detecting at its finest, loving Deus II 👍
Yeah man, he does real life detecting!!

Thank you so much for your time and insight
Glad it was helpful!
2:27 - Note to self: no more eating lunch while watching PS vids. 😆😆
Good to see you swinging the D2 Jeremy, you deserve to have one in your hands, glad you're enjoying it
I love it!
Looks like weve got a new king with the deus 2

11 inch thanks, big fingers small feet lol
I have not used the 11" yet. 9" works great for me right now.
Found my first Roman Fibula today with the Deus 2. I have not found one in the last 2 years. Maybe just luck but I believe this is mainly the machine

Do you think the simplex or a 500 dollar machine would find that buckle to. That was pretty deep.

Wow, thanks!
Love to see some comparisons videos!
Coming soon!

I'm glad I pre-ordered one!.......My hunch was correct.
So I saw someone say the deus is a turn on and go machine. I really don’t think so. What’s your opinion on either machine?
Can you name 5 things that make the Deus 2 better than the Deus 1 and other machines in the mid-range and high-end class?
1.Waterproof to 66ft deep
2. Bone conduction headphones
3. Can penetrate hot mineralized soils(soil subtraction). AMAZING!!
4. Square tones options with added equalizer
5. Speaker on remote is very very loud and buttons are easy to push.

@@PaystreakSuperfreak Thank you bro!
How long does a charge last on that machine? It looks like a fun one.
It really matters what frequencies you are in and how much iron you are in. I charge every day.
do you know when the deus 2 is comeing to canada
It really does matter when you pre-ordered. You will not see these machines on dealers shelves for several months. Pre-orders are the best way to go
@@PaystreakSuperfreak k thanks im in no rush but i will be getting one it looks amazing .I do have the Nox 600
Nice Hoock-toowee
4:45 If you remove the rubber washer, then the coil doesnt do this scratchy noise.
or put some silicone grease on it, will quiet it right down.

What a waste of a new machine. Digging a few easy shallow targets on clean ground 😕
Hot soil!! Easy digging?
Going to town!

Well that’s all part of the learning curve for ANY new machine.
Not to mention when this all shakes out the D2 will be the best machine on the market…..by far!

You gotta walk over it, my Vanquish 340 will do the same job no doubt...
@@MetalDetectingGuysUK are you comparing a vanquish to the deus?
