Visited here 2 years ago, this is a really one sided view of things and quite negative. The property was great and the staff were also really cooperative. Not sure about how it is right now, but definitely worth the visit! P.S. Winter vale is also run by the same management
Hey, I chanced upon your video and I'm really sorry for your experience. I visited more than a year back and it was definitely better back then. I think this is something you should share with team zostel and take it up as feedback. I wish I could but I can't take personal accountability for the operations of every place I visit. And truly it wasn't a sponsored experience for me. I hope you have a better time, next time at some other travel recommendation that I'm able to share. Cheers!

Even we had a similar experience while at zostel Vagamon. We took a cab from Munnar so thankfully we were dropped at the Zostel property and not far from it. But the road towards it kept getting weirder. The property is also not the best. And yea food takes so much time to arrive. There is literally nothing to do there within walking distance. Just one waterfall kinda thing. You need help from the owner to do any other activities. I feel like Zostel lures people with their pretty pictures and marketing but their properties are never up to the mark, both location-wise and aesthetics. Maybe newly built ones will resemble the pretty pictures but that's it. You can get a better stay option at such a price.
Dude zostel is for backpackers. You cant expect more laxury. If you want laxury then go to goa or something. Like conplaining on everything😂. I went to the same zostel and the experience was amaizing. You need to mingle with people more to enjoy places like this where lot of people meet and enjoy. I THINK YOUR VIDEO IS MORE MISSLEADING THAN THE ZOSTEL VAGAMON lol😂. Also the path is amaizing to walk 😂. You are feared of leaches and what can be done for that like you are in a not populated area. Dont expect every places to be shiny, people like this kind of places where you get peace and fun

You are absolutely correct. No cleanliness, Can get much better properties at much easily accessible, much scenic locations for this price.

Seems like you work for Zostel! 3k per night is not cheap!!! Needs to have some basic stuff available at least
