Taiwanese Fried Chicken is westernized as popcorn chicken, is a dish in Taiwanese cuisine commonly found as street snack and is indispensable to the night markets in Taiwan.     Ingredients:
    1/2 kg boneless skinless Chicken Breast
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1/2 tbsp. Chinese Five Spice powder
    1/2 tsp. White Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/4 cup Corn Starch
    1/4 Potato Starch
    Oil for frying
    Seasoning Mix
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. White Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice powder
    Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 10 to 15 minutes (rice)
