I'm glad you're so honest about how your medication effected you. I was on antidepressants and anxiety meds on and off for 6 years and I think it did more harm than good overall. I've been bnb off medication for 4 years now and I've been able to manage my depression and anxiety myself. It is a hard thing to do and a long journey but I'm so proud of you!
I totally understand you, I also suffer from depression and anxiety. Last year I got married and I lost 50lbs in 6 months. I didn’t want to take no birth control or my depression medication because I didn’t want to gain weight for my big day. I wanted to look the best I ever did in my life!
Being active and working out regularly helped my anxiety soooo much. I don’t know if it works for everyone but I went 6 months without an episode

I’m in the same boat girl. I don’t know what is going on with my body. I’ve gone from 140 to 200 over 3 years and I feel horrible. I want off my medications just to see how my mind will do. I miss going to the gym I miss my mind being clear. It’s so rough

I remember when she was so tiny /)3 has that super model look to her. Then again that was forever ago, and she was a lot younger. Most people’s metabolism slows down as they keep getting older. So yeah. And if she's having problems with her weight rite now just wait until she has kids. Everyone seems to go down hill body wise after that. Only a few are dedicated enough to keep their body at a decent weight. Then again I can already see the comments of "Every weight is beautiful" "All bodies are beautiful" “Love your curves” crap blah blah blah. It's one thing to be confident in your own skin. It's another to be a little over weight or have a few extra pounds. Good luck sis. I’m sure you will be able to get to your ideal weight soon enough. You wanna feel proud of your body and look hot for Ant always. Don’t want him to get wondering eyes eventually lol jk.
