Yes, I do, Breath of fire 4 and ff tactics has one of the best OST's in the games
Breath of fire 3&4 changed who I was growing into and who I am as a result.

you're not alone, this game have become core memory in my brain, i comeback seraching for bof 4 almost every year or months, its like my childhood is here, its like really some of many thing that shape me, to become my self like now, and maybe because of this game i really like pixel art like this, and tribal theme like the world where ryu live, i really love that style !!
Much agreed. Dragon quarter was a great idea. But non existent...
As someone whose sister passed away at an early age, this theme has meant more to me than it ever did before. I always liked this theme but now more than ever because I often think of her with this one.

The music was so good in the game. Every track. This and Suikoden 1 & 2 showed me that jrpg's didn't begin and end with Final Fantasy.
Legend of Mana, Valkyrie profile, Grandia, etc...

I really do wish this series would make a huge comeback guns blazing someday...
I hope so, too, Capcom could make the series come back so hard and multiplatform. It’s do-able, but it will also cost money and it could be a risky decision for them; will it flip or flop? If they can make DMC5 come out and bring the DMC series alive again, then Breath of Fire ought to get that same attention. All we can do is hope for the best. So far, we just got 1 and 2 re-released for Switch’s SNES VC basically. It may not be a lot, but perhaps another step in the right direction.
I hope this game can be remade, after capcom remade resident evil series..
@@SahabatGameIndonesia If it is remade, I honestly wish they stuck with upgraded, modern day sprite work. Because honestly, the sprites in 3 and 4 seemed more alive that 3d rendered models.
Forget it... the new capcom doesnt even have the old staff. They are all new people. We are orphans of BOF. If only these fools knew how much we want a remaster launch for steam...
They tried bringing back Final Fantasy X with guns blazin and it was terrible

Lembro de ter escutado essa música quando era criança e ela me marcou totalmente no começo dos anos 2000, mais velho fui entender o significado do título dela e realmente ela é tão nostálgica que você começa a repetir de fato sobre os sonhos que você tinha em sua infância, e a ver que as verdade que adquiriu nesse processo te fizeram ser a pessoa que é hoje.

Essa música não é somente a minha favorita em BoF, mas de todos os jogos que já joguei. Ela vai até um dos primeiros fios de lembranças que tenho ao jogar (sem entender um pingo de inglês) e mesmo assim ficar envolvido. Existem jogos que vão muito além de gameplay ou lore, também são capazes de se conectarem com a gente de uma forma única. E esse sempre vai deixar a minha criança interior viva para revisitá-lo sempre que puder.

Am I the only one that enjoyed BoF4 more than 3? 3 was still amazing, but I got more out of 4.
In my opnion, both are equally amazing, where the weakness of one was the strenght of the other, and vice versa.
Just overall a better fighting system as well as more development of characters and music. I love BoF3 but it's not on the same level as BoF4
I enjoyed 4 more for its the two subplot structure and it's more intriguing characters. That being said I enjoyed both games for what they offered...
4 was far superior in a lot of aspects, but the final part of the game is absolutely terrible, they couldnt finish the game and it has an incredibely unsatisfying ending, not to mention they fucked up the translation aswell,so we got nina confessing to clay, while in the original she brother zoned him.
I feel the same. Bonus points for how often IV had III cameos in it.

cara essa música é minha infância, posso até me ver com 11 anos com psone jogando e mimha mãe deitada na cama dela ao lado. Lágrimas caem, que nostalgia.
O Playstation 1 tem algo especial só dele, uma atmosfera de descoberta, como era gostoso ir comprar um cd de 5 reais do play 1 lá em meados de 2000. gratidão.

A atmosfera de descoberta e mistério era algo que os jogos do PS1 faziam muito bem. O Castlevania também tinha isso, jogo cheio de mistérios e a trilha sonora igualmente fantástica.

O primeiro RPG que compramos e jogamos até o final! Início do ano 2000. Lembro que na época utilizamos um guia em português de uma revista que mostrava as novidades do PS1: Evil Dread, Crash Bandicoot, Megaman X5 e claro, Breath of Fire IV!

Dizem que o que é bom fica marcado como um ponto fixo no tempo, eterno. E esse som mágico é uma dessas coisas maravilhosas que remetem a infância de inúmeros gamers. Essa música ainda tem o mesmo efeito em mim assim como há mais de 20 anos.

Capcom please... We need more Breath of Fire. BoF3 was my favorite but man the music of IV was a whole other level.

This and the God’s footprints from BOF (aka Dragon Shrine or Wisdom’s town theme) are my favorites melodies of all times. The others are Zelda’s lullaby and Kakarico Village themes from the Occarin of Time. They all made me sad and happy 16:09 at the same time.
4 was may entry into the BOF series back in 2001 for the PS1. At that point I was still relatively new to JRPGs having only played FF7,8, 9 and the Legend of Dragoon. I bought this purely on a whim without much expectation and suffice to say what a fantastic game this was.
After finishing it I immediately picked up 3, which was just as good and later on 1 & 2 for the GBA. Dragon Quarter wasn't to everyone's liking but it eventually grew on me as the years went on. 6 never left Japan and pretty much killed the franchise indefinitely.
It is a real pity Capcom have seemingly abandoned this truly unique RPG series, not even a HD or remastered collection of sorts has appeared at any stage. The fans are still here Capcom waiting for Ryu's return.

This is a good Soundtrack to use while working alone in the office. Its so peacefull, relaxing and adding positivity to my life. I love Breath of Fire 4, already played it more than 10 times through.

@@bowserlv100 conheço o 5 mais nao quis jogar... o 4 e o 2 sao meus favoritos... to no deserto da morte no 3 agora rsrs agora com relação a musica essa serie é bem fraca.. se for comparar a legend of mana final fantasy e chrono cross que tinha musicas perfeitas..

Crhono cross (ps1) e ninokune(nds e ps3) essas sao as melhores trilhas sonoras que ja ouvi legend of mana é incrivel todas exatamente todas as musicas do game sao perfeitas

Nunca consegui zerar esse jogo, e sinceramente acho que hoje em dia não consigo, jogava ele com meu primo, ele tinha PS1 eu não, ele era mais velho, como se fosse meu irmao mais velho, infelizmente ele faleceu em 2013, nunca mais consegui baixar o emulador para tentar zerar esse jogo, do mesmo jeito que outros...

Yeah I liked 4 better. I really didn’t care for 3 all that much . Not saying it’s was a horrible game it just didn’t pop for me.
This game is too easy
The ending is absurd to, cinematic skill was weird&there's plenty of useless skill
But man even with those crap above, im still love this game
