I listen to Louis ck every time i feel depressed.. And after listening..i laugh so much that it's medicine. I am thankful for comedians bc they are therapeutic for me. When Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Ricky Gervais can sit in the same room and agree that Louis is one of the greatest, you know it's facts. Dave Chappelle is up there and is a genius, but I still think Louis is the best.
The bank jokes are genius. But if you type up Louis Ck #2, a clip of 10 and a half minutes, he delivers the same bank jokes but even better! I showed that same clip to my mom and step dad and they both had to pause the clip about halfway through because they were literally bent over laughing in tears so loud that they couldn't even hear what he was saying. Louie is the only comedian that has on numerous occasions made me feel like I was about to die from laughing so hard.
My thoughts exactly, he had a great delivery there! The tone was louder, it fit the theme better. He sounded genuinely annoyed at the time like it happened two days ago
Just a fun fact that I just checked and blew my mind, speaking about rich people, Elon has 200B that’s equal to making a million per month for 17,000 years
200 billion is a crazy number. A person who is 28 years old has lived a total of around 1 billion seconds in their entire life. Most human beings don’t live more than 2.5 billion seconds if they die of natural causes. 200 billion seconds ago was around the year 3600 BC, approximately 1000 years before the pyramids were built. 200 billion minutes ago was around the year 336,000 BC. Our ancestors had not even fully evolved into our present species at that time. 200 billion hours ago was around the year 20 million BC. I don’t even know what was going on back then.
He's my favorite comedian and I've heard all his content, I think. The banking is one of my favorite bits, top 10, and it's because of the last punchline (Louis always has multiple) And it's "here take this guy's $15 F Him"😅
What made me laugh so hard when I first heard his being broke joke is that years before, while doing my financials and looking at my debt, I realised the same thing, that a broke person is actually a rich person compared to me and if I want to get my life together, I should strive to being broke as a first step. And then I heard his joke :))
It's so cool seeing this early iteration of the broke bit. The fully developed version makes me laugh much harder, but it's basically the same material. He didn't change the writing much, he changed pacing and tone, and somehow it improves the bit dramatically. It's a cool case study in the evolution of Louie, and just the alchemy of standup in general.
"can't even afford something that costs nothing" so relatable!
Are you W O K E ?

I hear you, all the radical division and hate has me down. Nevaeh Crain’s “murder” has me down. But the racist farm stuff had me crying.😂😂
I don't think anyone can make me laugh more than ck.. Smart and funny
Maybe George Carlin
@@eternaldestiny5232 better philosopher, I think. Comedy though, give it to ck

The unintentional Mitch Hedberg impersonation towards the end was pretty damn good. That sign bit, sounded very much like Mitch.
Love you Louis Ck
Your jokes are always simple yet smart and orginal
You say things that no one else has thought about it

@@douggieharrison6913 Yeah? He has a routine about that too.
Absolute Comedy Genius
Understatement.
I was so sad and now I laughed thanks Louis
Mental health begins with stand - up. 🥰🤣
Clinton was still president when he performed this but it still sounds fresh.
Cause it is truth.
She won??

The 1 million dollars for a pencil store was basically supreme 😂
His original version of this routine is longer (and naughtier): ua-cam.com/video/gO9PwbtlOIU/v-deo.html
you can see how he polished and perfected that material if you type “louis ck being broke”
the original is still a lot higher
@@agumonkey I agree. Less geometric let's say.
I think the other one was much funnier. He put a lot of emotion in it. You really felt that he was that broke lol
I end up in tears everytime at both! 💸😂

I heard his bit about his toddler and sh-t and I cried laughing
some of his best stuff 😂😂😂😂
You've got some nerve to steal Louis CK's content and tell me at the beginning of the video to subscribe.
This is a classic Louis ck joke from back in the day... still hilarious lol
The bank bit is one of the best comedy bits of all time.
Its nicely
That bit about having negative balance And can't afford something thats free just cracks me up everytime. So silly lmao
Pure genius

NOBODY BETTER
The best prank idea I’ve ever heard of😂
He looks much older in the picture than he sounds in the recording. Louis is the greatest comedian working today and one of the best in history.
Pic is from a few years ago, recording is from 90s
The whole banking thing is hilariously and yet sadly real.

The racist farm had me crying, I don’t know how he comes up with stuff but keep it going!😂😂
This is so early CK and I love it
BRILLANT! 😂
My jaw has been dislocated bcuz of laughter
He did a perfect Mitch Hedberg impression towards the end. I wonder if he meant to do that as a tribute to Mitch.
i almost had an aneurysm laughing. Even tho i had heard this before... but it was a long time ago!
Genius. The comedy heir to Bill Hicks and George Carlin ❤️
Very different and much funnier!
If I had a billion dollars.. I’d buy you a fur coat, but not a real fur coat ‘cause that’s cruel.

Which special is this from?
JEEEEEEEWS 🤣
The bank is pissed. 🤣

Was that supposed to be Mitch Headburg during the signs bit? Cause that was pretty good lmao
Wells Fargo use to have a 35 dollar overdraft fee and I overdrafted 3 times in one month for a total of $105.00. I had to eat stray cats that month.
You had to raise 105 dollars to be broke.
Which show is this from? Is there a longer version of this
Peak Louis
This 89bn bit evolved a lot and it is fascinating to see this early form
Thought’d heard this bit - but still burst out laughing at the idea of the Shit Ass Fuck Piss Store! 😂 GOAT
anyone know which year this is??
If you put your device on your belly and laugh while watching, his shoulders actually move!! Try it 🤣
the goat
The fact that his "Signs" bit is probably least funny and most "raw" thing that's recorded of him.... and it's still pretty damn funny.
Thé Mitch hedberg bit
Anybody know the year?
I remember that rumour about the girl after the one night stand. Really makes you think.
MECKMECKMECKMEXICANS! XD

What was that first story about the girl at the end of the bed?
Goat
Always something surprising from this wellspring of humor and misery
That little over 20 years ago was when this 1st came out and I was 14. I have not $5 was the funniest thing I ever heard.
Brilliant
I hope to be just as brilliant with music and art n films the same way louis is with his craft just crazy
I'm checking out Signs. I haven't heard that song in a while.
Louie channeled Mitch Hedberg.
How many times have I cursed ATMs for having a $20 minimum😅
Liked it when Louis turned into Mitch Hedberg
Funny how he made a straight up Mitch Hedberg impression and joke style and gave Dane Cook hell for a single similar joke
He called him out for stealing two multi minute bits. Watch the side by side. He even cleared the air with Dane on his show.
Having a negative account balance and then saying you can't afford something that's free was smart joke writing.
wait Ive never heard this material before. wheres it from? the AT&T bit
sometimes he sounds like holden from catcher in the rye hh
Lols the AT&T guy was Morty

His racist farm animals - gold 👌🏼
You want some more AT&T😂
I've posted the song ""Signs everywhere"", which Louis referenced in his bit. Just below this post.
That racist animals killed me.
This one somehow reminds me of Bill Hicks' routines. Not sure if this was intentional on LCK's part but no complaints either way
I will be ok spending 27k a day for 100 years
Which set is this from? any of his specials?
Well, judging from the president impersonation, its got to be from the Clinton era :)
First album. He sold it by mail and was still so unknown he’d autograph and mail them himself
Saudi Arabia approves this idea

That bank joke is decades old by him. When was this one done?
This is his first album, probably 20 years ago
Ah fuck I forgot to subscribe...
Make that the three of us 🤷
