I needle felted several from wool roving, and I was amazed at how well they work. I also learned how to make my own washing soap. The combination of the home made soap and the dryer balls was truly amazing. My grandmother really knew these secrets, for sure. Thanks for the tips, I found them very helpful.
Not a good feature if you have a mix of fabrics in the dryer. Example: I put towels, t-shirts, underwear, jeans in a load. Dryer shuts off. Clothes are dry, but towels still damp. Very irritating!
It smells so good! I have really grown to love using these balls. The only drawback I have noticed is that it can be hard to fish them out of the blankets after they're done drying
Can the essential oil be put on the water 1st vs the dryer ball and then dip it in the water ? Would that make a difference on the smell(if you want your clothes to smell like the essential oil? Random thought
@@cloudatlasminer478 BALLS. They are what he is holding in the thumb nail just different brand same crap. Drier sheets that are all chemical wouldn't leave static. Thanks for the suggestion but I'm trying to save some money and use less chemicals in my laundry. Im sure it would work though. Sheets do when I used them in the past.
I'd throw them in during the drying programme as they will absorb a lot of water if you let them stay in there during washing. If you want to use dryer balls in your washer/dryer combo machine plastic balls may be a better option than wool ones.
If you’re struggling with lint I’d try the tip in the video. If that doesn’t work, i recommend some great woolen balls that doesn’t shed lint in the video description

That is awesome! The older generation has a lot of knowledge we should pick up :)
My husband bought some but used only one. The clothes stick together via static electricity. And that brought me to you!! So thanks! 😂
Haha I am glad the video was insightful
Hi from New Zealand I have been making these felting balls thanks for sharing how to use them. All the best for your site
Wow! That’s really impressive. I hope they work well 😀 and thanks for the nice words
Do you sell them?
Wow, a dryer that can sense when clothes are dry and stops the cycle? That's amazing.
It is really handy, and friendly for both the wallet and our environment

@@sharonrussell8945I mean… why would you dry towels with clothes lol
@@phenomenonnarutokun For me, if I recently bought them, I'd wash them before use. But after that, hand wash.
@@sharonrussell8945towels with clothes. You rookie 😂
I add lavender essential oil to my dryer balls as well. They’re so helpful to decrease the drying time with sheets and towels!

@Organizing-TV It can definitely be a challenge finding them in fitted sheets etc😅
Thanks! I’m looking for to buy one!

That would work fine :) I'd suggest putting it in a spray bottle instead so you can have it ready for the next time as well
Great info. I was worried about how much essential oil would be safe.
Drier balls still leave my gym shirts with static cling. How do you avoid this?

5:35 5:35 Do I have to run the dryer only or can I run the laundry with the dryer and put the balls inside and they are washed and dried after that?

You're welcome
Hi pregunta... do you add essential oil each cycle?
It depends a lot on what oil you're using. I generally add every time or every other time
So I can save 10 or 20 cents if I check to see if my clothes are dry 2 or three times towards the end of the cycle,,,,, I don't think so.
Just until you get used to how much faster they dry :) After you have familiarized yourself with them it's easy savings in my opinion
so these are good, but they make my clothes full of lint?

extremely bothering video clip and missed the essential.
